6Very poor customer service. I came here with my husband who had an appointment but the staff declined to let me inside or offer me a seat. I had to stand outside of the space for his entire appointment.
Very nice staff and not too long of a wait pre-virus. They accept Medicaid and most all insurance types. I’ve bought my glasses here 2x now and haven’t had any issues.
The staff is so friendly and the doctor was the best doctor I have ever had an exam from. Very thorough and found a problem with my eyes I didnt know I had. AMAZING VISION CENTER
Rudest, ghetto tech for Patel. Expected that for a hood location. Get some customer service skills or stay in the hood. Trash
They didnt even order my glasses until a week after i had my appointment. Its now been two weeks and im still waiting.
I just wanted to write a review on my amazing experience here at the Georgesville Walmart Eye Center. I had called a different optometrist location before this one and they were really rude. This costumer service is seriously so great! All of these women are super polite, not only when answering the phones.but with everything! My husband wanted to come with me and bring our almost two year old daughter with us, who has already had terrible two bursts.she was a sleepy mess! Haha! The women here kept reassuring me that it was okay and being super understanding. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family! Thanks again, ladies! Also, I’ve never wrote a review before but I just had to do this!
