Walmart Vision & Glasses, Lewis Center OH

These previous reviews are ridiculous. Just people with nothing better to do. I personally had a great experience. Easy, quick and cheap.

I paid for a pair of glasses I cannot use. I couldn't see out of the bifocals. Took them back in and the doctor "adjusted" them. Now I cannot see out of the distance. I'll have to buy a cheap pair of reading glasses and go somewhere else for a pair of distance glasses. I learned a valuable lesson here-you get what you pay for.

I called to ask an associate if they were doing eye exams. She said yes we are and hung up. I go there wait in line for 20 minutes just to talk to someone. When the eye doctor asked me why I was there I said an eye exam. She tell me it's by appointment only and today they were full. I said I just called and asked she started arguing with me saying you just asked if we were doing eye exams. I said yeah but if it's by appointment only don't you think that's pertinent information to tell someone when they call. She said no you didn't ask about an appointment. I said if you didn't tell me I needed one how the hell would I know I needed to make one, you should tell people these things. She then responded well you didn't ask so. I said why do you think I called and asked if you were doing eye exams to which she responded I don't know. Place is a complete joke and so was she. Will definitely take my eye needs elsewhere for good.

The manager answering the phones was 100% unprofessional. Had a tone until I told her I wanted to speak with a manager, she snapped saying SHE was the manager. Since when does management snap and have rude tone of voices with customer's?
If I were the Dr.here I'd be sure to let this "manager" go for treating potential customers with disrespect.

My eye exam was very thorough, very well done and incredibly affordable - $70, even without going through insurance. The doctors here are incredibly professional - very highly recommended.

Staff is not nice. I made an appt. On-line last weekend, I went in today and they said I didn't have an appt? They said someone from Wal-Mart vision is supposed to confirm with me, but no one did? They didn't apologize, just said. We had a staff change?
Uugg.

Absolute worst customer service, consistently, which is a shame because the optometrist is great. This will be our last visit here.
