3Omg is there no good service anymore. Why do people have a job in customer service if they don’t want to work with people. If you value your time stay away
Next eye appointment I will be going else where. It’s hard to understand them, it takes over 2 weeks just to get your glasses, they said they told me that and they didn’t or else I would have went else where. I brought my kids here last year and the 3 ladies who helped us was awesome. But this time it was horrible. The customer service is horrible, the eye dr was horrible and they rush you and have no one to hold them accountable because in order to speak with someone higher up you have to call the 1-800-Walmart number and you know how that goes. I wish I would have chosen a different place. Hopefully someone reads this and it saves them a trip. Now that I know what I know I will not be making the trip there ever again.
I went in earlier today to get my eye test and possibly get glasses based on the exam. Now, I’m sure that I’m like everyone else and completely clueless! Lol. But THANKFULLY EDGAR was there. EDGAR, helped me through every step of the process and also explained as well as made it easier for me to understand. EDGAR was so COURTEOUS and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I cannot THANK EDGAR enough for making it a memorable experience for me! THANK YOU EDGAR!
