Walnut Crossing, Marysville OH

Horrible place and short staffed, causing them to cut corners. My mom was neglected after a serious fall, which they NEVER called me about, then lied and she died 8 days later from a severe brain bleed. They had the nerve to move someone into her room while she was actively dying down the hall. Don't let the tour of the beautiful facility fool you. They don't care about your loved ones, only money.

Why is the “Life Enrichment Director” Dayla Thompson allowed to share pictures of the residents here off this nursing home’s Facebook page onto her personal Facebook page?

Pretty sure that violates HIPAA.

Huge turnover because management allows and encourages toxic behavior.

The “activities director” used to be the food services manager and doesn’t have experience in neither. She also shares pictures of the residents from this facility’s Facebook page to her own page for attention, which is a huge violation of HIPAA but they let her get away with it because of privilege. She’s just a low rent thirst trap who only pretends to care to get validation. She has no other life or
Job skills.

They have had numerous directors of nursing and administrators, each one worse than the next. They’ll hire anyone off the street with no experience in caregiving. They encourage their employees to give good reviews on various platforms.

There’s better places to put your loved one.

My cousin Paisha, and Liz work here! It’s a beautiful, clean environment and they give the best care to loved ones!

Always have an enjoyable experience at Walnut Crossing. The only downside when I visit is my grandmother won't shut up about her favorite employee Mike Foreman.

Joyce in the kitchen is an amazing worker and a great person to be around. She’s always great to talk to and does her job to the fullest and always gives 110%.

I wasn't even sure if I wanted to work here when I first was filling out the application. With in 2 days of getting hired I knew it was my most favorite job ive ever had. The residents are wonderful to be around and talk with, I plan to work here for a very long time.
