They say they can help with bad credit and get your hopes up then say they can't. Why lie when the customer tells you how their credit is. I wont be back just for the lies.

They advertise low prices on payment down payment $45 and other things this makes three times I've been there and still haven't been able to buy a car

The experience alone put a smile on my face. I came in with a car that I’d previously purchased a year prior because something needed to be repaired. Neither myself or the dealership knew about the mishap, but Jim set out to solve my problem immediately. My sales rep Pat, was patient and precise on getting me into another vehicle. The staff there were full of smiles, and positive vibes. I highly recommend this dealership.

The place ia great and easily accessible from many different directions. Since I only had my business in the service department, I did not face any real problem in getting my stuff taken care of. However, what I did notice to the negative side was the air of indifference among the people working in there. That can be improved because customer care should be top priority of every business. Without making customer comfortable, it is not possible to earn a 5 rating in the competitive car market.

Found a great, low-mileage used car at a very fair price at Walt Sweeney. Great service from Greg on the sales floor, but really the entire staff and ownership couldn't have been more attentive, friendly and cordial. No pressure, lots of professionalism.

Liars. Over three hours of wasted time. Couldn't get the car I wanted for an hour and a half. When they finally finally got the new car started I took the test drive do all the paper work then they don't honor the Internet price from their site. Would never go back there.

Was here for Geico Field Appraiser agent but decided to walk around their show room.
First I noticed at least 5 sales reps in there however none of them even greeted me. Secondly I was never asked if I needed help looking for a car or anything else in fact.
I expected this place to be a little more business oriented but unfortunately they weren't.
You guys need to up yall standard much more than this. Customer service is KEY TO SUCCESS right or wrong?
