We bought a used jeep from here. We had it less than 2 weeks and the transmission went out. They've had it for almost 2 months while we're making payments and when that was fixed they ruined the exhaust and now its waiting for that to be fixed. Would not recommend this place. It's been nothing but a headache and total inconvenience. Not even worth 1 star at this point.

I could have drove out there and a Silverado truck but I chose not to I want to wait a little bit longer before I get a truck but I will be back in 6 months or whatever with the flyer

I contacted this place once about a car, after seeing more pictures I followed my gut & stayed away from me. After telling them Im not interested, I have received multiple textes trying to offer me a vehicle, not even CLOSE to what I was looking for, & no matter how many times I tell them im not interested or stop texting me, they continue to do so & have for months. This place is a serious joke. The more they try to text from different number, the more I block them. Has even received a few calls & voicemails. Thumbs down, very unprofessional

Had the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. Felt completely bullied. Asked about prices on vehicles several times to be told they would check on that and never did just gave us the run around. Wouldn’t tell us the price of the car they pulled for us to look at, said they don’t know the prices of all the vehicles. You would think that they knew the price of the car you were being showed. We wanted to work off of total price of the car. I’ve never felt so attacked in my life, very very pushy. Dropped the ball big time. Wouldn’t buy a car from them even if they had the perfect car for the perfect price.

Bought a used car. Was told they service every vehicle they sell. Called back a week or two later because there were all kinds of issues. I ended up replacing 4 tires and a clutch, thus far. That's not even including suspension and a transmission as well. James was my sales rep. Made everything sound great. Tires aren't cheap and niether was the clutch. Highly wouldn't recommend this Ford dealer.

They sprayed the tires on the car I bought with a clear coat to make them look new was told they just put them on but after driving for a couple days you could see how dry rotted the tires actually were plus I was told it had new brakes which was another lie and the filters were black and there was oil in filled up in one of the spark plug wells. Was told it passed inspection. But clearly not! These people don't care about customers

Horrible! Unruptable! I would not do business with them! Paid top dollar for my truck $36,000 and air compressor out in 1 day! Manager Mike arrogant! Quote "will not fix" Only 90° when I purchased it and don't care. I would not be surprised if they put free on for test drive. Also, paid extra $500 for GPS tracking that I don't need and they made it seem like it was on them. That this came as part of the deal. Very deceitful dealership! Sales man can't deliver on a manual that he was supposed to get me months ago! Constantly have to call them and you are lucky if they call you back. Should not be a dealership, worst I've ever seen! I brought my wife a used car in Toledo that was 25 % of this truck and they fixed our issues and treated us very well! This wapak Ford should not even be labeled a dealership. Bare bones inside, sales don't have desks, computers. Ugly. More like a bottom teir used lot! This is my by far the worst vehicle purchase in my life!

They LIE and won't even TRY to remedy my situation! Registration/paperwork is invalid, I called four separate times, no return call? DO NOT shop here. Not sure why I received such treatment? They got their money obviously that's all they care about.

I don't even want to give 1 star. My wife bought a used F150 last winter. They say the truck was serviced and inspected, but never provided proof. I was surprised 2 weeks later when the change oil indicator came on. Even more surprised when I had to lube the rear brake caliper slide because it was so dry that it made a thumping sound on every brake application. Another surprise was when I found out that the reason the brake caliper was bone dry was because the axle was bent and caused it to wear prematurely. So, we had to throw a $300 axle in it.
She says the salesman seemed clueless and the rest of the staff were unprofessional.
The biggest issue is the fact that she was promised a second key fob (on paperwork), but has not received it to this day. Many phone calls and emails remain unanswered, or get kicked back as undeliverable. She has even stopped by the dealership to inquire about this key fob, to be told that she will be notified when they have someone in the area to make one (we live west of Indianapolis- over 150 miles away).

Terrible customer service, it's obvious that they took advantage of my wife since she was a woman and purchased this when she was by herself.

Next step will be contacting Ford.

Purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 on 9/12/22. Had a great experience! James was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and resolved a couple minor concerns immediately. Followed up on everything he said he would do! Everyone was very friendly.

Absolutely horrid customer service. I clicked on an ad to check out a truck and it took them so long to respond, like weeks. When they finally did respond the person had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I simply asked him what their problem was and they actually blocked me! I literally can't believe it.

This company does not care about its customers. We purchased a new ford bronco and they lied and told us it had navigation, electric seats and many other items. We asked for the sticker when we were closing on the paperwork yet somehow it got lost or they couldn't find it they said. The next day I was looking through my pictures and saw the picture we took from my wife's car because it was pouring down rain and the sticker is in the window! Sticker said $42,000 for the vehicle yet we paid around 80K for it and why? Because it's a rare car? NO ITS NOT! We stated we didn't want any warranties yet Brianna said "oh its already built in the loan and too late" Too late? Only reason we signed away which was our stupid part was to get out with the vehicle as it was almost 10 pm and the dealer was closed at 7 pm. I'm in a walker and sometimes a wheelchair and they told me this car would be great for me. I did sit in the vehicle and with me being 6'5" I could very easily sit in the driver's seat however the lie about the electric seats didn't help as I cannot use them with my back and knee surgeries I had done. We contacted the dealer the very next morning to tell them we wanted to return the car (assuming Ohio has a 3 day law?) and they wouldn't take my calls and we called over 129 times (NO JOKE) They have caller ID and kept saying each person was not available. I spoke to a manager finally after I told them we were on our way to return the car and had a sheriff following us to do the drop off and they said you can do whatever you want with the car but we consider this a surrender. I told him we were contacting the news, bbb, attorney general's office, etc.and he still said do what you want. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I don't know how they can be in business with the bad reviews they have. Looks like they had family and friends recently post positive reviews for them. STAY AWAY Drive to another dealership DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Update on this review. We have contacted Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond at all. We also contacted the attorney general's office and they ignored that too. We have filed a complaint with Ford and next steps will be legal action.

Bought a 2016 F150 from this dealership. Great truck. No complaints with it so far. However, while working with the salesman we agreed on a firm price of the truck, tax and title out the door. I told him I would be up after work to get the truck. When I get to the dealership and start doing paperwork I realize that they did not honor the price we agreed upon and threw in added fees and taxes AFTER we already agreed on a price out the door. Very poor way to deal business. They will definitely be hearing from me.

Purchased an used Camaro from this dealership in March. Was told it had just had oil changed and serviced. I haven't driven it 1500 miles yet and car says it is time for oil change. Oil looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time. Seems I was lied to from salesperson. Don't think I will do business with dealership again. Be honest about what you say was done!

Noah Sites was awesome! Very professional and personable. Had answers to all our questions and what he didn’t know he found out quickly. Never felt push or rushed. Definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go see Noah!

The inventory at this dealership is one of the best around. The management and sales staff were very helpful and the service department was amazing and took care of me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service work done or if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle for yourself! Well, here we go, most interesting trip. They are having a sale on repoed vehicles, rentals, leases, and such. We went to check it out. We wanted the price on a couple vehicles there, completely got the run around. We just needed the prices, maybe we had the money to purchase outright, never once got the price of any of the vehicles we inquired about. Salesman was quite pushy. I understand the need to sell vehicles, but when the customer is adamant on price, shouldn't that be what you give them to see if they can purchase outright or need the financing to do so. Was clean. Willing to come back if I get what i asked for to begin with, How Much. Till then stay tuned for future update. See what happens.
