The wife's Buick was taken in for service and didn't evidently have the vehicle safety checked because there was a light out in the front end of the car that wasn't replaced or repaired after we got it returned. Seems kinda shoddy work to us.

The guys in your service department are very nice to work with. Only issue we had was that they lost our first appointment. It just disappeared, which was weird.

Nicest people! My car died today at the light. They pushed me to their lot and tried to jump it. Even offered to drive me home. Was very blessed to have their help! Thank you so much! ;

It was a long wait to get my truck, but Jason, Amber and John did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date on the process. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

The service manager is personable and the staff is super nice.
Recently had light on that tire needed air, stopped in with no appointment and they took care of all 4 right away with no wait.
The oil change was standard but I had a concern of a noise sometimes when I turn. They took it for a drive and also checked the power steering (added a little bit to top it off).
I really appreciate their attention to detail and good communication. My car went in first thing, I got a call before 9am and I picked it back up before 10am.

Tires not aired up, washer fluid not filled, so I'm assuming no other fluids were checked/topped off.

Pretty decent experience except for the fact of nobody seeming to know what was going on with my pre-lease turn in inspection. Also, I have always gotten a coupon for a free car wash. Not this time. Actually, I preferred when Warner actually washed your vehicle. Seemed a lot more personal and professional. It's a shame they cut this service.

Took my Acadia in for a new tire. The tire was supposed to be ordered on Tuesday July 13th and be in the next day. Had it scheduled for Friday to be replaced at 8: 15a, but when I got there the tire wasn’t in as they didn’t order it until Thursday, which led me to leaving my vehicle there until they got the tire and replaced it around 1p. After picking my vehicle up I noticed the tire wasn’t mounted the correct way (outside was inside). Took vehicle back on Tuesday July 20th to have fixed.

I was planning a trip to Washington D. C.for the Rolling to Remember ride and my check engine light came on a couple of days before our trip. They were able to "shoe" me in and had the replacement hose I needed to be shipped overnight. My truck was fixed and I had an uneventful trip with the truck. Cannot thank these guys enough for their professionalism and quick repairs so I could make my trip.
