Brandy is awesome I love everything how she helped me move into my place by helping me fill out the paperwork the right way. The process of the application and hearing if I got approved it was very quick. I was very blessed that this agency accepted me since I had a eviction and bad credit thank you for all that you have done for me.

Before finding Warner Junction I was stressed paying multiple application fees with no luck in finding a home for my family. Meeting Ms. Brandy has been the blessing I’ve needed all year. She has made my experience the best one I’ve had, with her beautiful spirit, helpful thoughts and encouraging advice. I was on the verge of giving up, but Brandy made sure to call me and let me know the apartment was still available. Employee of the year should go to her!

Not somewhere u want to live especially when things in life happen and you communicate with them about it and they still do things to mess up your rental history for no reason I will be relocating as soon as possible

The property manager Brandy G. Is amazing, helpful, respectfully on how the process works with renting. She really made me feel comfortable. I really wish that there was more people in the property management field that followed her blue printe on human communication.

I had an appointment today to submit my application only to go in and find out I was over income for these apartments. However, Brandy the property manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions efficiently. Very nice lady!

The community manager Brandy Godsey has been so helpful with the applications process. She has shown me exactly what type of manager she is. So kind caring and hands on. She explains everything to you if you have any questions with anything she gets back to you right away.
