Warner Roofing was professional and responsive from the start. I got their estimate in March, but went with another company. That ended up not working out so I reached back out to them in July to follow up. I had new roof done within a couple of weeks. They are very easy to work with and they are very good about keeping you up to date on the status of the job both before and during. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Warner Roofing came out right away when I called. Pricing was very reasonable. Communicated with me the whole time about timing. Was very responsive to all my questions I had. Roof was done in a very timely manner. Happy customer.

Warner Roofing took care of the storm damaged roof and gutter in an expedient manner. They quoted the work, completed the work and communicated all along the way so we knew what was going to happen and when. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

I had Warner Roofing install a new roof. I waited a year to post a review for a few reasons. Would it blow off in first storm? Would I find leaks? I have had no issues! Im confident that they did a great job!
I had tried calling the original installer and got the biggest run around and excuse filled disinterested response ever. That "20 year warranty" he promised clearly wasnt a thing.
I called a few other big name places. Half of them didnt show up. The other half kinda scared me with the way they talked about the job. Then I contacted Warner. Jill responded immediately.
Bryan and Jill were great to work with. Bryan came out and didnt try to BS me. I knew I had some missing shingles but didn't realize the extent of the damage. I have never been on my roof. He showed me pictures. We discussed options. Bryan met with the inspector from my insurance company to help with claim process as well.
The hardest part was the wait. There were so few dry days last winter. But Jill kept in touch and we worked through the weather delays.
The crew showed up and knocked it out in the only dry day in months. Since I was home I saw the the materials used and work done. Minimal mess. They were even able to remove the old chimney and cover the hole from the roof. They also pointed out where there other guy cut corners causing the problems I had.
Over the course of this last year I havent found but a few nails. It looks great! They also did some work on the soffits and I'm very happy with those repairs as well!
It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for a roof!
