Great experience, well trained and entertaining staff. Restaurant could be a little cleaner but overall a great experience! Highly recommend!

Typically love coming here for dinner but will not be returning after this lunch visit. No where is it posted that lunch is only served on certain days, so we showed up on a Sunday around 1pm for lunch. We ordered off the lunch menu which does not state hours. Got our bill and were charged for dinner prices. Asked about it, and wanted a refund only for the difference and we were given the cold shoulder by the "manager". He literally walked away and said lunch hours were posted outside. Here's where it's posted outside, behind the door, NOT visible. Usually things like this are honored as it's not CLEARLY posted anywhere except behind this door, not the menus, the servers did not notify us, nothing. We should be getting a simple refund for this but instead we won't be coming back since the manager refuses to acknowledge this situation.

I also was charged 18% gratuity when it says a party of four or more on their menu. I was one person.

We were very happy with our experience until the end when they charged us for a dinner order and we ordered from the lunch menu. $50 over what we expected because they don’t serve “lunch” other than Thursday and Friday and they neglected to tell us. Their so called sign postings were non existent and when we asked them about it and requested a refund they turned a cold shoulder to us.

We will not be returning.

We placed a pick up order here and seemed to have nothing but issues. Employees were friendly. Food was okay. Everything was spilled in the bag after arriving home as most of the containers were not completely sealed. I realized they forgot our drinks, also my mistake for not checking. But they called me shortly after realizing we forgot them. We then drove back up there another 20 minutes to get our drinks. We open the bag to find one of the drinks only half full. It was just a very unpleasant experience. We have another chain by us that seems to always work out better that we’ll have to stick to. But definitely not worth the money we spent.

We visit 1-2x per month.

Fantastic dinner! Watching them cook is fun and entertaining. My friend's son got to help cook. Great time for all.

Excellent food in dining room. Sushi chef prepares food near u. I gave him a thank you thumbs up. He watches the first bite responce. Service is wondetful also. Also a special dinner must!

I made a phone call to check a balance on a gift card and the manager was extremely rude and said he “didn’t have time” to check for me. He also couldn’t hear me over the phone and said “I can’t hear you and I already don’t have time for what you need. ” I work in the industry and never once has a manager of mine told someone that they don’t have time. I also check gift card balances every day and I know it takes a total of 10 seconds. Will definitely not be using my gift card after that.

Love the food the chefs are all amazing they are funny and interactive always keep you on your toes great place! Love coming here!

This was the first time I have been to Wasabi and I had the best time ever. The food was delicious. The show was amazing! I will definitely go back!

Really disappointed my last time there. It was my bday but I didn't care too much for it. Usually love hibachi, but to start there was a dead fruit fly on my plate. My scallops were under cooked, and overall was not impressed.

Love this place, the chief's here are amazing put on a great act while cooking, the food is always perfect and i have a seafood allergy that i always let them know about and never had a problem.

I love our waiter he was funny and cooked my seafood to perfection. Highly recommend this resteraunt.

Good food and great service. We're never disappointed! You can always ask to feed the Koi fish too! A great place for families.

A week prior to my graduation I called this establishment and made a reservation for the day of my graduation. However, when my family arrived to the restauraunt (arrived 10 minutes before the reserved time) they were unable to be seated. From what we were told, we had to have the full party there to be seated. I arrived at 2: 35, and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seated. From the comments made by the manager, it was apparent that they were ill prepared to seat us. Making a long story short, we made a reservation for a reason. When a reservation is made there shouldn't be a wait! Poor service, mediocre food, over priced!
