Waste Management - Cleveland Recycling Center reviews
7Disgruntled driver broke two of our personal trash cans waste management refuses to replace along with leaving trash all over the road every week
Great co.for the price, reliability, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them with flying colors!

Don’t waste your time… spotty -inconsistent service and false information from customer service.
My Trash Goes out Once a Month and My 2 cans are put onto the Tree Lawn Thursday night But When I come Home My Trash Cans are Blocking My Driveway Standing upright
I Have Witnessed your Driver Do This on Purpose, I asked Him Why he Does This and His answer is Because I Can
I would not recommend using them for your business. If you try to cancel they flat out lie to you saying you cannot cancel yet, then try to convince you to stay then transfer you to someone else to stay. Finally you get to cancel and the final bill comes in with a $150 removal fee. From the beginning the guy who signed me up said it would only cost $65 a month but didn't say it would be twice that with the fees. Overall Waste Management was a rip off
They consistently drop garbage in the street and leave it there. They also don't even answer the phones to let our opinions known
Gave two stars for garbage collecting but can't understand why the recycled items are thrown in with the garbage when we take our time to separate. Can someone explain this to me?
