Waterloo Transmission is a breath of fresh air in the service industry. They honestly do quality work at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. I would have no problem recommending Waterloo to family and friends or anyone else who needs transmission work. And I should mention that they were 2 hours from my home but I chose they for the work on my Nissan because they had the most reasonable pricing backed by a guarantee and also had the work done when promised. My car has never ran better and I owe Waterloo a big thanks for that.

Just purchased a Ford Transit 2019.had it 2 weeks and the engine light comes on. Took it to 2 places and they both said "new transmission". I called Waterloo Transmission and they said to bring it right in. Since it's my company van they went to work on it quickly. They did a great job. I highly recommend them!

It was a bit pricey. But it was for a 1991 vintage car, the service of the people involved at Waterloo was professional and personal at the same time! Bottom line, the car runs great again!

New transmission, turned out a bad one, replaced the replacement transmission with another at no extra cost. Running like a happy transmission! Very friendly staff!

Car came back as clean on the inside as it was given to them. I was informed of the cost and work that needed to be done before the job was started. Belts and shocks were changed along with other items below. Car is running very well.

Waterloo’s staff went above and beyond to find the best salvage price for me and set up the time for pick and held the money for me until I could pick it up. They made the process easy. I will bring my cars to Waterloo Transmission if I have need of transmission work. They have integrity and go above and beyond.

2 weeks to rebuild the transmission in my truck. It's about a 12 hour job by any competent technician. Then they closed for a week so 3 weeks to repair my truck.
