I have lived at Water’s Edge for a year and a half. This was my first apartment and I have been very pleased with my experience so far. It is conveniently located near I-70 and US 33 for quick travel. The complex is clean, safe and peaceful. The office staff are responsive and maintenance typically gets repairs done within 1-2 days. There are also amenities such as a gym, pool, and basketball and tennis courts, and the price is very reasonable in comparison to similar apartments in Columbus.
We lived here for many years and only moved because of our relocation to a different state. This is the best apartment community we ever lived. The staff - especially Erica is super helpful. The community is safe, friendly and quiet. Highly recommended!
I visited my friend's place that lives at Waters Edge. Her place is gorgeous. The layout is perfect. She says they have many different layouts to choose from but the waiting list is long to get in.
