Waterstone Landing, Perrysburg OH

My Husband and I lived at Waterstone for 2 years and we absolutely loved it, no complaints. The maintenance staff should get there own rating as well 5 stars! If we had a maintenance request that job was finished within the hour. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Have had only great experiences living at Waterstone Landing so far! Staff are very welcoming and willing to answer any questions or assist with any issues that come up. Maintenance is also the same way and are easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

5 stars for the maintenance guys. Been here 7yrs and love how fast they respond. 2 stars since Towne Properties took over from Miller Valentine. Clientele has gone down. Luxury living it is not anymore. If you work nights (which I have for 6 yrs no problem before) and have noisy upstairs neighbors since August, which all the managers know about.it’s your problem and quiet living doesn’t apply to you. I was told to wear earplugs. Your rent payment doesn’t allow you to sleep anytime of day you want.

A great apartment complex in Perrysburg, the grounds are beautifully kept and the maintenance crew is not notch, Matt and Jordan are very professional in dealing with tenants and make the overall experience a great one. Stop and see Waterstone you won't go anywhere else!

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 months and we are so so happy here! The staff is so helpful and everyone is so welcoming. Our apartment is beautiful and so homey for us, our son, and our 2 dogs. We also love how pet friendly it is here! Our dogs have a beautiful dog park to run around and play in. We love it so much here we even referred family of ours here and they recently just moved in!
We will be here for many years to come, Waterstone Landing is AMAZING!:)

Pool area is my favorite love the outdoor TV for trivia night or sports. Great additions.staff super friendly

Clean complex & grounds with a clean and modern community space and pool. Staff is very friendly and easy to contact. In good location with easy access to Levi’s & overall very safe!

Definitely on the pricey end but a great place to live. Awesome gym, great pool, and lots of events. Matt is a rockstar always a major help.

Wow is this a great spot! Working with Matt was pleasant, helpful, and nice to work with. He knew a great deal about the community & seemed to have all the answers I needed to decide I wanted to live there.

I was looking to move this summer but wasn't in the cards for me professionally. I'll definitely try again next summer & look forward to working with Matt again.

Waterstone Landing has been a great home! The staff is friendly and attentive. The whole community is well kept and always being improved. I would recommend it to anyone moving to Perrysburg!

The maintenance team and staff at Waterstone has always been superior. I have been a resident for 3 years and I have never put in a maintenance request that was not addressed/fixed within 24 hours. Last week, my washing machine started acting up and was not running proper cycles. I put in a maintenance request around 8AM solely about my washer and by 12pm the same day, Waterstone replaced my washer AND dryer with BRAND NEW appliances. Couldn't be more grateful! Waterstone Landing takes great pride in the satisfaction of its residents, through and through.
