My barn and garage caught on fire the fire was so hot it melt the top part of the well. I called Watson the next day and shortly later I got a call from them telling me a guy was on the way. Had to have electrician replace the wire and ran from the house to the well. The guys working on the well was done before the electrician was. So the next day I called let them know the wire was ran out to the pump and I need it hooked up to the pump and they had a guy come out shortly after I called to hook everything up and check everything out. The guys they sent out to work on my well was very polite and courteous. Thank you so much for being so quick to get water back to my house so I cuold have power and water back.

The technician that came out was very professional, got right to work, check the system and verified everything was in good working order. Put some bleach in the well to clean out my water system and told me how to handle cleaning it out the best way.

I call them up to ask them to come out and take a look at my system. I told them I would be there around 3: 30 or 4 o'clock while they got there early and worked on the system for less than 15 minutes and left a bill on my door for a $190 all they did was check my pressure tank and to see if the pump was running. I have a security system with cameras all over my property and inside my house and that's how I know they were there for less than 15 minutes and in all actuality it was less than 10 minutes. I told them they can go jump in a lake.

I Called and asked for someone to come look at our well which was not working. I was told they would try to make it out that week but they were busy and may not be able to make it. If not that week though they would come the begining of next. I called Friday of the next week as I still had not heard from them and they said how about next week. We have been without water waiting on a service call from them that they apparently must have forgotten about. I will not attempt to use them again.

Watson put a well in and left big piles of dirt and left deep long tire ruts in the yard, would of been more courteous of them to level off the dirt they dug up after putting in the water line. We had a couple of no shows after they said they would be there to start the work.

Fast service. Their guys came out and changed my well pump. They were fast and knowledgeable also friendly. Highly recommend.

If my well ever goes bad I'll never contact Watson's again. My girlfriend and I have three kids living in our house and it's going on 2 weeks from the day we got our permit they still not done. Don't pull crew members off a jobsite tell it's done.
