I was very thankful for all of Keith’s help with buying a pool. The process was easy and he made things very clear for me.

Stopped by Watson’s in Cincinnati to look at the pizza ovens and strolled back in the leather furniture department. Was greeted by MC and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She knew exactly what I was looking for and guided us to those. After thinking about it for a few weeks I went back to the store yesterday and made the purchase. She also helped me with outdoor furniture covers. Above all, MC took it upon herself to research pizza peels and turning peels for our wood burning pizza oven that we had purchased and had discussed with her on our first visit. MC has Great customer service skills, very knowledgeable about the products, no pressure sales and we will not hesitate to call on her in the future! Thanks MC!

Several folks asked if we needed assistance when we were browsing for counter chairs. Jeff assisted us and pointed out some important differences in construction. We ordered quickly and came back later to pick up items. We were assisted with getting them packed in our crv. Good experience and good product.

Sam made the process so easy for us. We had not brought our full room measurements to the store and a snowstorm was brewing. We transacted the rest of the day via text and phone. I can’t wait to get our new theater group!

Very helpful and they know what they are talking about. We have bought 2 things from Watson's and we absolutely love them. The are expensive but their sales tend to compete with online prices. We like Watson's alot!

Super helpful staff, great selection and fair, upfront pricing. Perry was a great salesman—he quickly steered us towards the best options for us and explained the benefits of potential upgrades. I appreciate when a sales person doesn’t resort to pressure sales tactics. He was very upfront about pricing and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I would 100% recommend both Watson’s and Perry to anyone looking for a spa.

My shopping experience at Watson’s was great. My sales person, Mark, to time to explain the details about the products I was interested in. I definitely recommend shopping at Watson’s for an unique variety of items, and wonderful customer service!

I love my dining table from Watson’s! My salesperson Greg was a total professional and made my experience a great one. He was excellent with pointing out options and was on it from finding me mooning over my new table on the sales floor to making sure it made it through my front door. Getting it through the front door was a challenge, but the delivery guys were pros. Watson’s are a five star crew!

Excellent selection of quality furniture. Probably only 3rd to Havertys and Ethan Allen. Only issue I had was with shipping when ordering something. Picked out some nice furniture but over a month later and it never came. I'm not one to bash a place but in cases like that the customer needs to be kept informed and you can't do that if you don't call the customer to keep them informed

We were so impressed by the selection of furniture- both living and dining spaces. Tons of really great accessories and the sales rep we worked with was top notch. So helpful! We will be back for more purchases soon.

My husband and I went to Watson’s looking for furniture for our movie room. Debbie was professional and knowledgable and helped us customize a great look that fit our space perfectly!

I really loved working with Debbie! She really helped me! (who knew buying furniture was painful) lol! I have great taste but with her help I got what I love and wanted! I appreciate & loved her input!

Overall with the selection I did buy a tub from Watson’s and think I got a really good deal at first I wasn’t happy but after I researched I did find out I did get a really good deal and save some money
