I am a very direct and straightforward person. That being said, I made my point clear and what my expectation where. I was going off there advertising. The salesman told me what other options were available and when I chose, he did not try and upsell or make me feel guilty for my purchase at all. We made this transaction happen within five minutes of the introduction of the salesman, Drew. We are 100% satisfied with using Watsons and everything they were capable of delivering.

Very disappointed with our new patio. Our very expensive chair was never right from day one they sent a tech out to fix it said it couldn’t be fixed so we need to get a new base or new chair. Three months later they’re still blaming the manufacturer but to me that’s on them if they’re going to rep the product.

I thought by worth it, but should have just bought the cheap stuff at Lowe’s. Could’ve went through 2-3 sets by now.
