Sarah Beddow was amazing! It was my first time going to Waxxpot and I thought I would just pop in and get my brows done. I left with first, beautiful brows and brow tint and second, with an appointment for a Brazilian. She was so personable and fun and this 100% is doing to be where I go from here on out.

I have been going to see Sarah J at Waxxpot for almost a year now and she is absolutely the best. I had never tried any of these services before, and Sarah made the process easy and comfortable. I went from only getting one service to getting 3-4 regularly. She is so sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything looks great. I appreciate her attention to detail and even though I know she is very busy and sees many people, you would never know because she always takes her time, is so personable and does a really awesome job. 10/10 would recommend!

Gotten my eyebrows waxed many times before and thought I’d try this place out. Everyone was so nice but my brows look bad. My eyebrows are pretty thick and I wanted to keep their shape. Now there’s no shape at all just straight across. They’re also so far apart now and uneven… I mean there’s not much I could say after unless I want no eyebrows.she did a nose waxing after and it was fine. Sad ab my brows rn.

Sarah B is the best! I have 3 locations closer to home but chose to go to Grandview to see her!

The wax specialist I had were amazing so this review isn't a reflection of them. The customer service is a 0/5. Management is never around and does not call back like the front desk says that they will. Place is definitely ran with no regard to customers, money first and always. I regret purchasing a wax pack from this establishment.

I had an appointment with Sarah B…. I called around 25 mins earlier letting them know because of road weather I will be late a couple minutes. The girl at the reception told me if I was there at 5: 50 PM it would be OK. My appointment was at 5: 45 PM. I drive all the way there I park all the way across the street because they do not have their own parking. I get there at 5: 50 and they tell me that she is no longer able to to do my appointment because she is under the weather. What they did not know is while I was waiting for the turn signal for the crosswalk I saw her standing up there and they were talking and laughing and when I was walking towards the building she went in the back. They told me that I can cancel or they will book me with someone else and I would have to wait as well because Sarah was not able to do my appointment anymore. It was very unprofessional of Sarah to do that. It was actually very unprofessional for the whole staff. If they wanted to cancel my appointment they could have told me when I called them earlier and let them know I was going to be late. I will not be coming here again. I have worked in many customer service settings and this was not a good experience. It is not kind to laugh at others and to make customers drive all the way there just to tell them they can’t be seen anymore and have to reschedule with someone else. If this was the case then it could have been done over the phone. A very big disappointment Waxxpot. Do better with training your employees on customer service.

First time ever going to waxxpot and it was the best.it usually hurts when i go to EWC but this time no pain at all.made another appt

It was my first visit and Im not going to lie I was so nervous but Ms. Grace talked me thru the whole process while including a meaningful conversation which took my mind off what was happening & before I knew it I was done. I purchased the Brazilian V Wax service and I love the outcome. Also did I mention that customer service was very inviting everyone seem happy to be there. I will definitely be making it to my next appt & may even try a few more different services. If you haven't tried it yet check it out YOLO.

I got my eyebrows waxed here the other day and now I have 2 big scabs on my eyelids. I’m not sure why wax was put on my eyelids in the first place, they’re already super thin and sensitive. Hopefully, I’m not left with scarring.

The wax was just okay. She went quickly but definitely missed some spots. (To be fair it was my first in a while.)

But a few days later I started getting really bad ingrowns, even though I was following all the aftercare recommendations. It’s been almost three weeks and I’m still pretty irritated down there. The only reason I got a wax was because shaving my bikini line gives me ingrowns, but it looks the same as if I had just shaved at home.

Maybe waxes aren’t for me, or they did do something incorrectly. Either way, I doubt I’ll go back.

10/10! Way way way better than the short north location. Employees were friendly and took their time.
