We will go back for the grilled cheesy hamburg. Wish we would have tried the tater tots or onion rings instead of the fries. It was hard to understand the counter people.

Wow, I’m speechless! This is the best burger I’ve had since who knows when! The atmosphere is absolutely splendid! The 40/50/60’s photographs are fantastic. You can tell all the ingredients are certainly fresh! Great staff! Much enjoyed!

I absolutely love this place! Burgers are so delicious- I adore the grilled cheese, the onion rings used to be my favorite until I cheated on them with the mac and cheese bites- so happy to say 10/10 will happen again (sorry onion rings!
Grabbed a caramel marshmallow shake for the road and it's right up there with heaven!
The staff is always so incredibly kind- feels like home.

It’s not uncommon for this location to skimp on order details (toppings, extras, etc). Not many restaurants around here offer a plant based sandwich so we’ve gotten food here several times. We ordered two impossible burgers online, picked up in store, got home and found out they were beef. I put an inquiry through their website about the issue - no response. Called the store several days later - “If you come back to the restaurant I’ll refund it. ” When I said I would be in tomorrow, I was told the manager may or may not be in.

Several weeks after emailing Wayback, still nothing…

Got the lunch special cheeseburger and fries. Burger was cooked to perfection everything was hot and fresh. Pretty good these days for under ten bucks

Spicy sauce on some food, not posted. Lukewarm fries, room temperature bottled water, OVERPRICED!

Placed to go order at 5: 28pm and finally walked out to the car with food at 6: 33 and they still forgot some of my food. This was my first experience and it will be my last. They blamed the cook for being new but if he is that new, he needs help or further training. Several people were asking for a refund. It was awful.

Never have I had a better rodeo burger and onion rings only issue I've experienced from here was the straws aren't big enough for chunks of apple pieces and such to pass thru for milkshakes. Lol

The burgers were delicious, the fries just right, the milkshake creamy and yummy. They have great drink options, lots of burger options including sauces, and amazing and delicious milkshake options that are really creative! The staff was incredibly professional, kind, contagiously joyful and helpful. The food was out quickly. The resturant clean. I only have great things to say about this place. Will definitely be back. And I highly recommend.

My fiancé and I came here for burgers, fries and milkshakes and it was absolutely AMAZING. Food came out quick and I had the BEST impossible melt I’ve ever had.amazing milkshakes and definitely get a side of cheese with the fries when you come! My husband and I came in this evening and both had the best tasting burgers, fries and onion rings! In addition, the manager was very professional and welcoming and the restaurant was spotlessly clean, including the restroom. The manager and his staff sure are doing something right at this location! We'll be back again soon.

This place is disgusting and unkept.floor is so sticky you have to peel your shoes off with each step.nonchalant staff who really doesn't care.save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Just stood in line when there was no one in the store for 10 minutes. No one helped us or took our order, and the employees kept saying “just one minute”. Never stepping foot in this establishment again. Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars, I would

The person taking order was on his cell phone the whole time. He is way to cool to be working at a burger joint. All of them non stop on their phones. Texting with the gloves on that they are preparing food with. Bet when they are sitting on the potty with said phone they don’t wash their phone when they wash their hands. So poo finger to phone to burgers. Talk about nasty.

Great burgers and shakes. I've never been disappointed with the food here, except for one thing. They have taken The Big Way off the menu. Supposedly, it was a jab at the clowns version of their famous Mac. The problem is that it came out way better than anything the golden arches have ever made. To remove it from the menu was very disheartening. Is there any chance we can get it back on as a permanent item?
