Nick, and Wayne Dalton, completely helped me out of a bind recently. I went to leave for work, with many things on my mind. I shut my garage door from the inside of my car, as I was pulling out (without waiting for my car to clear the door). Well, my car ripped the garage door right off the track as I was pulling out. Wayne Dalton came as quickly as possible…fixed the door, made adjustments and had me back teaching my kindergarteners by 10: 30 that same morning! Nick was super friendly, thorough and efficient! Nick was very professional and thorough in the repairs of our garage door. He even noticed that an adjustment needed to be made that wasn’t related to the repair and took care of that, as well. In addition, he saw that the original springs were slightly undersized for our door and installed the recommended size in their place. And he did all that in only one hour. Overall, a great 5 star service call!

Everything was a good experience. Mr Srock the sales person told me the difference between the openers I was interested in. Ruffy my installer arrived on time and my opener was running in just over and hour. He explained to me what he had done. Works perfectly. Thank you so much Mr Srock and Ruffy!

My service technician (Nick) was right on time and repaired my broken spring with no issues. He also helped troubleshoot two other issues I had as a bonus!
