Wayne Homes Akron/Medina Model Center, Norton OH

Great communication, customer service, and quality work. We love our new home and it was finished months in advance. Kyle, our field manager was AMAZING from start to finish. Tiffany did a phenomenal job with helping us make our dream home a reality during the design meeting. Matt was very helpful during the sales process. Matt went above and beyond to help us “customize” our home. And Kayla was very helpful in ensuring there was a virtual tour of the original floorplan we selected to better visualize our home. I am impressed with WayneHomes Norton’s team. Thank you Again!

Beautiful location - easy to access right off of the highway. The model homes are well-kept and have been modernized. The on-site staff were very friendly would provide a scheduled walkthrough or would allow yourself guided tour on your own. The location allowed for a fair assessment of building craftsmanship and materials. Note that these structures are not the base models, but contain most of the available upgrades, so after conducting a walk-through it is important to do a follow-up visit with the staff to ensure you get what you actually looked at. Overall, visiting the model home site was a very good experience!

The entire staff at Wayne Homes that we worked with were wonderful. Tim, Kayla and Melanie helped us at the Akron-Medina location, and Kelly from Portage was our field manager. Although unfortunately the piece of land we planned to build on fell through, the process could not have been better! Building a home is a huge undertaking, and they were always there to answer every question (no matter how small) every step along the way. I would highly recommend building with Wayne Homes if you are in the market to build. Their homes are beautiful, good quality and they are straight shooters when it comes to costs up front. No hidden costs to blind sight you halfway through the process. 5 stars!

They're very helpful and not to aggressive. Being we started with Lori at Portage and went to Norton to see other floor plans they were polite and very knowledgeable.

Staff is great. The design process was fantastic. Our build hasn't started yet, but if the rest of the process is like the start it will be great.

You get good value for your money. Customer service from the New Home Consultant was excellent, she walked us through everything and some. The sales manager put us at ease when we were choosing our colors and other selections for the new house. Lastly, our field manager was just a text / or call away who answered all our questions in a timely manner. The whole team was very enjoyable to work with and made us feel part of the "Wayne Homes" family.

Our experience building our home with Wayne Homes was nothing short of wonderful. My spouse and I were apprehensive and wary even while having a good experience, expecting problems to develop, but they never did! Everyone associated with design, product selections, permitting, construction, and finance were terrific (including ALL subs). They are the real deal! Helpful, knowledgeable, patient, always friendly and very responsive. No up-selling. No gimmicks. No negative surprises. It's clear this is an organization that believes customer satisfaction is key to long term success, which is sometimes lacking in service industries. We are very happy with our Wayne Home and truly thankful to all involved. We have no affiliation with Wayne Homes or any of their employees except to have made friends with them as customers.

My wife and I went in a few weeks ago on a Tuesday to tour the model homes and start getting a price for the house we wanted. We tour the houses by ourselves, which I'm not sure if that's common as other people touring the homes had their consultant with them. It would have been nice to have someone to talk through what is and what isn't doable, in addition to what is included. When sitting back down with the consultant after the tour, it seemed like there was a lot of awkward silence and felt like we needed to ask her to do a price breakdown. We were told she would call over the weekend (it was July 4th weekend) so I wasn't too hopeful we would hear from her, but figured she would have checked in either that Friday or the Monday after the 4th. When we did not hear from her a week later, my wife chatted in on the website to see if we could work with someone else and we were told a manager would be calling to talk about our experience. Another week later and still have not heard back from a manager or another building consultant. Pretty unprofessional for a company that is making a good chunk of money on each house build and forces your hand on many cheap products or giving back a very low return.

Such nice folks. Didn't push anything but we're receptive to our needs. So excited for us.
