Very great customer service and Kelli was extremely helpful. Walking through the model homes was great too! It gave a lot of ideas and a lot to think about. I can’t wait to build with Wayne Homes in the future.

Made a appointment for 7pm because I work late and thought how great because I can get off and explore my options They have with building a home. But the agent on site then called me to Reschedule my appointment because they close at eight. I am so confused if you close at 8 pm what does my Appointment at 7 PM has to do anything. Is it because you may not be able to leave early because I am taking up your time? Service like this drives me crazy!

Our neighbors built their home a year before us (with another contractor) and were not happy with their experience. This helped us realize how we were truly blessed to have Wayne Homes. Everyone at the Newark office was so courteous, professional, excited to work with us, and guided us through the entire home-building experience. We can't say enough good things about Wayne Homes and highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

The staff here is amazing. Sue has gone above and beyond working with us. We can't wait to have the opportunity to work with the rest of the team to build our new home.

To be honest unfortunately I don’t even rate a 1 Star! Built with Wayne Homes 2017 and are coming up on our 2 years in July! I’m not even sure where to start on the problems we have had! To start with let’s just say way over priced for the quality! I’m am so disappointed that paying the price we did for our home and having the issues we have had just makes me sick to my stomach. So here we go. I will try and keep it short and simple!
-was not in our house by the promise date and was not advised of the delay until I had already paid an early lease termination fee in the amount of $3,500 and then had to end up staying and paying more rent because the Wayne Homes Rep could not give us a strait forward answer. Gave us move in dates but they fell through every time!
-the day after we got our keys to the house our Wayne Homes Rep was fired and we were not advised of a new one until we call him and find out the hard way.
-the garage door people never did get our garage door working as for some reason the electric was messed up and no one could figure it out! We ended up doing it ourself.
-leak in the master bedroom closet the first week we were in our house
-a piece of siding kept falling off the side of the garage and took 3 visits to get it fixed finally.
-had a ceiling fan fall off the master bedroom ceiling as it was running.
-globe fell off a hallway light in the ceiling
-chips in our upgraded master shower
-leak in the outside hose water attachment on the front of the house, leaked into the basement! (Leaking again now and I call and Rep Jason was as rude as he could be and treated me like it was my fault)
-ceiling fan globe cracked because they out the globe on to tight.
-stone fell off my front post on the porch
-can see the frame boards through the paint and drywall
-along the cathedral ceilings where the wall meets it looks damp like there is moisture somewhere or something is not properly vented and the Rep. Jason wouldn’t even look at it and still dealing with the problem now.
-has to have a wall just recently cut out and re-dry walled because it was so bowed it had a huge crack down it.way more than a settling crack!
- had to have kitchen faucet replaced
-bottom of one side of my cabinets are chipping
-carpet is tearing at the seam of where it meets the hardwood
- worst part of it all is I am a super understanding person, have been very patient, however the field rep I deal with is as rude as can be and is not helpful in anyway!
All in all here I would NEVER EVER build with Wayne again! My words of advice is when you are making a huge purchase like a home, please read reviews and be very selective so you are not in the situation I am in. Such a disappointment!

The sales team member I worked with was unable to answer my questions. Other locations were more helpful and I got answers elsewhere. Due to the quality, lack of communication we ended up picking another builder and feel a lot better about the process. It’s a huge purchase and questions need to be answered. We felt like an inconvenience each time we asked a question or wanted to update our quote.

We had our home built through Wayne homes. It will be three years this June. Our "warranty" is out, and so many things are wrong. I called in November 2018 to "put everytjing on a list" so they would fix it, "as long as it is on a list we will replace it or fix it". Well, April 2019 and no one has called to fix anything. No one has come out. Nail pops, finishing the bathroom, etc was never done before we moved in. Our trim is gapped and coming out from the wall, the caulking is crumbling around the door, the bathtub was chipped when they brought it in. The carpet is scrappy, the wrong color, no extra padding, and is unravelling at the seams. Wayne homes is CHEAP. You get what you pay for. Go to a trusted builder that won't cut corners.

I had a great experience at the Newark location. Amanda was very kind and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot). Two thumbs up!

Staff was very friendly and helpful was willing to stay after hours to meet with us and awnser any questions

I'm guessing I drove by here, delivered a pizza or maybe caught a Pokémon in the parking lot.either way, five stars seems fair.
