Working with Wayne Homes was a wonderful experience for us from start to finish. Without exception, all the staff members were helpful and accommodating. Building a house can be very stressful, but Wayne does everything they can to make you comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. That is not to say there were not snags along the way (anytime you build a house there will be snags), but Wayne was always there to help us work through them. Would also be remiss if I did not mention the amazing aftercare you receive too. The two year Fit & Trim warranty is amazing and ads another level of value to the Homes they build. Thanks again Wayne Homes!
We have built 2 Wayne Homes. Starting in 2001 we built a 2 story home called Galileo in Bellevue, OH. As our children grew and our needs changed we relocated to Sandusky, OH and in 2009 built a ranch home called Montgomery where we still reside. I cannot say enough good things about the Wayne Homes management, employees and staff, they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are completely satisfied. My husband takes immense pride in the quality of workmanship that Wayne Homes offer and they worked diligently with him on altercations that he wanted to make to the original floor plans to better suite our needs. We ALWAYS recommend Wayne Homes to our friends and family, our daughter and son-in-law built their home 2 years ago and are also highly satisfied.
