After Wayne Overhead Door Sales, replaced our gutters, we had an array of issues with them not being installed correctly and water spilling out and leaking, creating puddles around our house. We called them back several times, and it took 9 months to finally remediate the issues (or so we thought). I was nervous that because we had so many issues after the initial installation, we might have issues again down the line. Unfortunately, our warranty just ended, because now that's exactly what has happened. I noticed the issue a little bit last year, but didn't think much of it until the rain we just had caused large puddles of water by our front door and water to spill out over the top like a waterfall. The front gutter is not angled /secured correctly and water sits in the gutter and spills out over the top of the gutter instead of running to the downspout as it is supposed to. Our gutters are the nightmare that just won't end.

This company and ALL staff are outstanding. I would give them 5 stars in every category possible! Reliability, customer service and professionalism is unmatched! I call them for all door service needs. Wish every company was like this one!

Wayne installed new gutters at our home in 2020 and we have been exceptionally pleased with the quality installation and performance of the new gutters. I was mortified when earlier this year I accidentally backed a U-Haul truck into the roof overhand right in the middle of our front-facing garage, leaving a noticeable crease/crumple in the gutter as well as some damage to the shingles. We called Wayne out to review the damage and schedule repair. Despite the impact of supply shortages and extremely-limited availability of the color we had chosen 2 years ago, the guys at Wayne went the extra mile to find a 50-ft piece of gutter material in the same color to make the repair, and it looks AMAZING! Huge thanks to Matt, David, and Rodney for such a professional job—now NO ONE will know that I hit the gutter with a truck, except those that read all about it on the internet LOLOLOL.

The roller came off our garage door and the technicians were up the street. Upon explaining the problem to Devon, he walked down to our house and said, " Rather than making you wait until we are finished, I'll take care of you right now to correct the scheduling mixup. Explained the reason for the roller coming off was friction. Replaced roller and lubricated all the rollers and joints. He was professional and kind.

I called to get my garage door fixed and had someone out within an hour! Jonathan was great. So friendly and finished the job quickly.

Not professional at all. First they had to reschedule because the manager left for the day. Rescheduled 2 weeks later and was a no call no show. I ended calling them and they had me on the schedule the receptionist said she would call the manager to see where he was. She wasn’t able to get ahold of him. I told her to take me off the schedule and I’d find someone else to help, And I’d leave a review. After that someone tried calling me. That’s his fault for not following threw. Look else where. Find a place with better communication and customer service.

Patrick made a hard job look easy. They worked with the schedule I needed and finished faster than I expected. Upfront, reasonable quote and accurate invoice. I would definitely recommend.

Loved how professional and courteous this business was from start to finish. During the entire process they were always available for questions or to take phone calls unlike most contractors, you actually get top notch customer service. They worked with an insurance claim we had after a hail storm and had considered not turning it in, but they went through the damage with such detail and worked seamlessly with our insurance company getting the job completed in a very timely manner. I am so happy with the work they provided! I will continue to use them for any construction need whether it be a restoration or a new project. I had 3 garage doors to install on my new garage. Patrick with Wayne Overhead Doors was very helpful and very responsive. The manufacturer sent the wrong door but Patrick used local resources to correct the issue in a very timely manner. The installers were very professional and very efficient on install. I would highly recommend Wayne Overhead Door!

Service technician arrived on time to repair garage door and reattach garage door opener track. Although young, he was VERY professional and quickly assessed the problem, developed and executed a plan of action quickly. I was very impressed and happy with his work.

Technician was polite and prompt. I feel like it was a higher price than what I was anticipating, but in the end I would use them again.

We've needed service for our garage door on two different occasions over the years and Wayne Overhead Doors excelled in both competence and personality each time. From the welcoming and efficient voice of the person answering the phone to the ultra personable and competent repairman.well, we couldn't ask for more. People of integrity and a company of integrity without a doubt.

Techs are always very professional and arrive during scheduled time. Problems fixed during service call. No hassle and parts on truck (no need to leave to get part and come back).
