A very wide selection of animals, especially fish!

The staff has always been very friendly and will give tips on how to care for the animals.

I would not suggest buying toys or supplies here if price is an issue - most products here can be bought elsewhere at much lower prices.

These guys are awesome. They always have what I need and on the rare occasion they don't they will point me in the right direction to get what I need for my animals.

I gotta say, the young ladies and gentlemen that work here are amazing! My son and I went in here and asked about a million and one questions about every animal and they were so patient and so kind! I am so impressed with the customer service here!

They state they don't have snails because the girls there don't want to touch them. They had 2 aquariums with fresh water snails. The nerites are always on their back. They won't even flip them over and they die. I go weeks later and those dead snails are now just shells still sitting there upside down in the same place. 200 feeder guppies in one aquarium with around 50 dead ones stuck to the filter intake. Neon tetras all die from there. Also a gloomy wall of Betta fish in tiny cups half dead. I have more respect for petsmart. Better buy some seachum dewormer because your fish will have worms. I've also had to help customers because if Spencer isn't there they don't know anything about aquariums. They all have no desire to learn a thing about them except Spencer and that's sad when you work in a pet store.
I do want to say that Spencer is amazing and he deserves a raise and a few employees that want to learn. He is the heart and soul of that store. His knowledge of aquariums doesn't go unnoticed by the customers. This review in no way reflects him because when he is there the aquariums are cared for. If I owned a pet store I would be stealing him from them.

Awesome local store where the staff is truly dedicated to the animals, the prices are fair, and the animals are healthy and well taken care of. I love We Lov Pets!

If I hey another pet, it will be from here. Great variety of food, toys, and their animals (especially the cats) are absolutely adorable!

I truly like this place and people! The only place I buy my pet supplies! A friendly staff makes all the difference to me, and these folks always are! My daughter loves to look at the critters and the staff is very patient. Great, local store.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great selection of feeder rodents both live and frozen, and a big selection of dog food. Those are the only 2 things we went in for this trip so will update review upon next trip! So far highly recommend.

Went with questions about fish, and the two guys who run the aquariums actually knew what they were talking about.

They have a ton of various pets as well, though I have only ever bought fish, and aquarium supplies.

Found exactly what we needed for our Yorkie puppy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It's a good place to for your pet needs.

I was walking through the animals such as the bunny rabbits and the kitty cats, and they all seemed to be set up with nice living spaces. However, as much as I love the reptile species—and sometimes the amphibians—I was disgusted to see the amount of algae growing in some of the poor guys’ and gals’ water bowls! I mean, think about it: would you want to drink that water? Would you like to lounge in that water? Exactly! Even if they are animals, they should be treated with the decency they still deserve. Please address this.

Bought a beautiful male Parakeet (budgie) there yesterday as (hopefully) our females new boyfriend. A very helpful young man answered all of questions and was very knowledgeable about their selection of birds. He answered our questions and then left us to decide which one we wanted. He did "upsell" us to buy a bag of bird food that in exchange we have a health guarantee on our little guy for 14 days.

Not a large enough selection of animals and all the animals are in such tiny spaces, but a hug selection for animal needs, like food and toys and treats.

A decent pet store. Clean and the staff were helpful. Prices were higher than I expected on some things. Some of the prices they put on things made me think wow, they really don't want to sell many of these.

I liked the idea of hometown place. A little pricey but things were easy to find. Has a self bathing station for your pets but, no dryer and it is kinda cold right now.

Just bought a gorgeous angel fish from them, service was fine. The staff was pleasent, and we're repeat customers. Would recommend.

Place has everything! You have a pet of some type, they have something for it. Best hometown pet store. Only downfall is they are priced like Big box pet store.

The facility has an obvious odor that is noticeable immediately when you enter, this was not the case at the other pet store across the street. The new location is hard to drive into, like a maze and their prices are too high.
