Weavers saved Christmas! Our dishwasher failed to start 2days before Christmas and even though they were fully booked for the week, Weavers found time to come and fix our dishwasher! This kind of service is why we have always bought all our appliances and service with Weavers! They truly care! Merry Christmas and thank you Weavers!

Needed new dishwasher, Weaver had a good price but more importantly web site said in stock for pick up today. Weaver is 110 miles from my home, but wife wanted dishwasher today, HD could not deliver until next week. Called and verified was available for pick up, provided all of my information, etc. As am getting into my truck to make the drive receive a call from Weaver "due to the distance the owner want's you to pay in cash". Explain that my CC extends the GE warranty another year, and really don't understand the request. Am told this is the owner's policy, due to the distance Weaver will not accept my in person credit card payment (not over the phone but in person).

Something shady happening here.

Weaver is a locally owned company which provides the type of service for installation, repair and question if they arise which one does not typically receive from a big box franchise.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a new washer and dryer. They delivered and took my old set. They are located in my basement and it is super difficult to get to. The guys did it with a smile on their face and were so nice. I'd give more stars if I could.

Blown motherboard on my Kenmore stove. Repair costs were within 80% of new purchase.
Technician was personable and fast. Rate him a 5
Rate standard service fee of $195 as little excessive but did apply &50 to the new range cost/delery/installation/ and disposal.

So glad to get a new washer & dryer delivered to our new condo before we move in, ready to go! Plus so convenient to us too! Thank you, Mike & Weavers!

Weaver appliances really did awesome by us. Chris was very prompt and informative through the entire process of repairing the door of our dryer and going over steps to get better use out of our washer. Delivery was supposed to take place between nine and one on 12 eight. They called me at 8: 40. They arrived at 8: 45. They were efficient they knew exactly what they were doing and they were out the door at 20 minutes till 12. Very courteous guys friendly. I would recommend Weaver’s.
