Always friendly staff and my prescriptions are always on time. Glad I changed from a big box pharmacy to Wedgewood Pharmacy.

If ten stars were an option, they would get them! I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy. They are professional, caring, accommodating and go above and beyond to be sure their customers are taken care of!

Best pharmacy around! Sara is sweet, patient and kind. She always has a smile and is really friendly. Brad is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Wow, the family switched back over to Walgreens from Wedgewood because we got tired of having to call every month and play babysitter with our prescriptions. I just thought I was out of refills on most of my meds, here it turns out that Wedgewood just didn't fill any of them in over 5 months. Sarah is by far one of the rudest people I've ever met. Horrible place and horrible customer service!

I paid $240 for specially formulated triple chicken medication for my pup. I mixed 2 ml of it in her food. She took one bite, spit it out, and then drank a whole bowl of water. I tried again later by shooting some of the liquid into the back of her mouth. She acted like I was putting acid in her mouth. I decided to take the tiniest little taste of it and it was the most disgustingly sour tasting stuff. I wish I would have known before I wasted all this money.

Customer service still exists! I just had the most positive experience at Wedgewood Pharmacy. Try them! No insurance, but price matched good rx with no problem.

I was a manager and CPhT at a chain pharmacy for 10 years. This is the biggest reason I feel obligated to post a thorough review.

My prescription was on back order at the chain pharmacy I have been using for 17 years. I called around to other chain pharmacies in the area to see if they had my prescription available. In order to get someone on the phone I had to endure the never ending gauntlet of a phone system. Of the 4 chains I called, only one staff member was pleasant, no surprise. I was hesitant to try a local pharmacy because I wrongly assumed they would be much higher priced.

I’m almost positive I talked with Adrianna a CPhT at every point of contact with the pharmacy, from my initial call to checking out (4 times). When I asked about stock, unfortunately it was out, but she ordered it for me next day! The other pharmacies wouldn’t or couldn’t do that, definitely didn’t offer. I have no insurance, so she signed me up for their free in house loyalty program which price matches good rx to the best of their ability.

They had my script filled quickly once the order came in. As I typed this in my car I could see the drive thru which was verybusy but moved fast.

I guess I was just so used to mediocre to bad customer service I forgot what great service is like. Adrianna had a smile when I walked in, had very positive demeanor in person and on the phone, and didn’t act like I was bothering her by asking questions to get my prescription. I also didn’t feel judged because I was picking up a mental health prescription. I could tell she enjoyed her job, which is refreshing and not something I’m used to post Covid.

I’m switching all meds and will be referring others to wedgewood pharmacy.

My husband and I moved to Canfield a year ago and we're so lucky to connect with Wedgewood Pharmacy. Always friendly and professional - much better than a chain. Every month I pick up my medication and I get a friendly wave in the drive through and if not busy, a brief chat. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
