7Went in the early winter but still a great spot to watch the sunset! Can't wait to see it in the summer!
So peaceful, relaxed let the dog play in the water had some little snacks and just enjoyed the summer day!
This is a great place to start a kayaking trip. We went to the right toward Farnsworth Metropark. There are island to paddle around. It is very scenic. There are always Bald Eagles flying overhead or in the trees.
Great place to watch the sunset. Stumbled upon it by accident and with the recent rain it was beautiful sounding

Great spot to launch your kayak or canoe. The water is usually shallow enough to wade or shallow walk halfway across. I understand that camping and hunting are allowed on the state park’s islands in the middle of the river. Excellent location for star gazing on a clear night.
Very Beautiful scenery at low Maumee River levels! Especially at peak Fall color season!
