16Took my Stihl back pack leaf blower out to get tuned up only to get a quote for 238.00 I declined and picked it up and was charge 32.00 which was fine until I noticed that they broke it and the part that was broke would cost almost as much as they were going to charge me. I called the Stihl dealer in Medina and they said to just clean out the exhaust screen and you'll be fine, didn't cost a dine. Wouldn't trust them again, would definitely recommend Kiefer Equipment in Medina. Unfortunately I had to fix on my own no thanks to Wellington Emplement, don't make it sound like you had a hand in hanging, Kiefer Equipment help me. Thanks
Great experience renting a tractor and brush hog for a weekend. Logan was very responsive and easy to work with. He even sent a hand written thank you note in the mail after. Fair prices, nice equipment, convenient delivery/pickup, and full weekend availability. Will definitely use these guys again!
What a great hometown equipment supplier. Logan did a great job getting my new trimmer. Service dept did a great job getting parts for my old equipment. Now I have a backup. Not that I’ll need it.
Best service ever! Went in to get a part nobody could get and they hooked me up with it so I could get back to mowing. Only place that actually cared for me to get my scag fixed so I could get back to work thanks again guys I will be back
I've been working with Logan and the team since the beginning of summer and really appreciate the service and support I've gotten. I see there are some unhappy folks out there - that hasn't been my experience over some five or six transactions.

Purchased my first tractor and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Logan was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping me informed throughout the assembly process and answering all of my questions. I even had an issue with my trailer tire being low prior to loading my tractor and the service department was more than willing to help me out. Highly recommend Wellington Implement of Medina!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have gone here several times to buy equipment and bought a brand new Cub cadet XT2 almost a year ago now. The engine started having issues so I brought it back for them to figure out the issue since I bought it there and it’s under warranty. They tried to charge me $704 for a brand new head because the spark plugs had damaged threads that were NOT damaged when I brought the mower there. A worker even asked me when I was loading my mower onto my trailer, “Did we do that? ” I said “Uh, well someone did because these plugs were not damaged like this when I brought it here! ” Ended up paying $124 to them to get my mower back and brought It to someone who actually knew what they were doing and they rethreaded my head and I was mowing lawns again.

Bought my Scag here a couple years back (Medina location). Had a decent experience. Also bought an echo chainsaw from them. Altogether I dropped about $10k. Fast forward 3-4 years, a recall on the fuel line for my Scag Tiger Cat II with Kawasaki engine. Scheduled pick up, they came and got it, and what should have been a 1-2 day turn around turned into being 2 weeks. Had to call several times and at least twice the phone would just ring or send me to voicemail.couple times when someone did answer and I asked for service I get out on hold and then it would hang up. I don’t understand why they schedule pick ups if the machine is just going to sit in their shop until they have an available mechanic to do the work. Very frustrating when it’s your only mower and you have about 3 acres of grass to mow during the grass cutting peak. I’ve had other decent experiences here so I have them a 3, hoping this is just a fluke.
Called to schedule service for my riding mower and had it picked up within a week. It took the service team a full two weeks after pick up to even look at it for an estimate. They did not inform me that they were so backed up during scheduling. Had I known, I wouldve went elsewhere. During those two weeks I called multiple times for updates. Each time I spoke to a woman named Cali who told me she would call me back, but never did. I eventually got the estimate for repair two weeks later, and was told I would get a callback to schedule delivery. Never got called. Tried calling back in multiple times only to get voicemail, and eventually had to go up in person just to pay and schedule the delivery. There was only one other person in the service area when I got there, so they did not seem to be busy enough to not answer their phones.
For context, I knew exactly what was wrong with the mower. I let them know during scheduling that the throttle just needed adjusted. I would've done myself but couldnt find the diagram online for the proper position for my model. It took two full weeks to get an estimate, after they were already told exactly what the issue was.
For the pickup service, it was easy enough, but a bit strange that there was no paperwork. The driver for the drop off service just left the mower in my driveway while it was raining, key on the seat. No knock on the door or call to let me know that they delivered it. Fortunately, I heard them outside during the delivery so it didnt sit long.
As for the repair itself, mower seems to work fine.
Ultimately, this location has terrible communication and customer service. I would suggest avoiding for service if you have other options available.
