Staff Always professional, friendly and courteous. Miss the late night hours BUT THANKFUL they are open on Sundays until 8pm.

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and good at their job. I had a laceration on my thumb that required stitches. They were busy at the time, my total time from check in to leaving was 2 hours. A visit to the ER would easily have been double that time.

The check in process was very simple and quick. The workers were all very helpful. The nurse who took care of me was very kind and considerate, she let me know, as she worked, exactley what she was doing and always checked to see if I was OK. I felt very comfortable having her take care of me.

This was my first time using WellNow and I was very impressed with how kind everyone was. I was impressed with how efficient but quick they were. They didn’t rush me and took the time to hear my thoughts and concerns and answer my questions. The first Urgent care that I’ve been to where I actually felt heard.

This place is not welcoming at all. When I first pulled up I thought it was closed. The workers at the front window sit in the dark and literally mumble at you if they even say anything. Half the lights are not turned on. Not welcoming or friendly at all….

The front desk girl checking people in is a miserable person. Or at least that’s the feeling I got when I walked in. She acted as if anyone walking up to the desk was an inconvenience. I felt bad because an older couple walked in and wasn’t familiar with a text message check in. So she had to print out paperwork for them to fill out. And proceeded to starkly answer questions. Also, I find it interesting that they work off of writing notes on your Blood pressure, medications etc onto a post it note? What do they do with that information? Why isn’t it logged into a computer while you’re in the room. Not that I want my personal information floating around an office. This seems like a hipaa violation. The PA however was lovely that treated me. She said she was going to put in two meds to my pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy, she forgot to put in one of the meds so I had to wait almost an hour for them to fill the other script.

The staff members were friendly and they answered all of my questions. Ernie was informative and helpful, he told me step by step what was happening. Clean place! Not too long of a wait time.

Fast friendly and positive place to go to will definitely go back with my whole family when needed thanks staff.

I definitely give the nurses and doctor Hudson five stars! They were so kind, helpful, patient, and experienced.

The hotline that we called was a little annoying as they said we could go straight there but then when we got there we had to make an appointment. The front desk attendant on that day was not friendly or helpful at all and when you're sick and worried that you just brought covid to your entire family it would be nice to receive better assistance.

Overall though I would definitely recommend going there if you need quick, easy, and helpful medical care.

My visit with the staff and Dr was excellent. My issue was addressed and now on my way to being well

I had made an appointment for 4pm and had arrived and checked in via text around 3: 50 as instructed. After waiting about 40 minutes I called to to see why I had not gotten further instructions yet. I was told they canceled my appointment because the physician left at 3pm. I was never told the appointment was canceled and wasted almost an hour of my time

Came here 2 times now first time the front lady at the desk was soooo unprofessional she even got an attitude with a older gentleman just trying to figure out whats going on. Not only that i had to wait 2 and a half hours in the room jot counting waiting to go in just for some xrays. Now on my second trip they say open till 8 but there doctor is leaving at 1. Place blows

Last Sunday morning I went to Wellnow in Poland Ohio. I was greeted by a young girl who helped me through the steps I was taken to the back by another professional caring young girl who triaged me. Then Kay came in she was the nurse practitioner. Who was very thorough, knowledgeable. I was diagnosed and treated. Since then They check up on me. I had questions that were answered. I was not rushed. I was the center and they took such good care of me. I would recommend this urgent care to all who seek medical help. Again kindness, knowledgeable, caring, professional Group of of women. Thank you for what you do.

Very friendly and efficient staff and service.
The time that they told us that we would be seen, was actually the time that we were done and on our way home. Can't tell you how comforting that is when you don't feel good!

When I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor, I went to this urgent care. I was in so much pain with my foot. It turned out to be a heel spur. From the receptionist, nurse, doctor, Xray…ALL were such a blessing so friendly so understanding and so caring if I could give them a 20 I would give them a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10! Keep up the good work. Went above and beyond!

The nurse was very friendly and professional we only had to wait a few minutes. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly in this time of so many people needing testing
