WellNow Urgent Care, Sidney OH

One of the absolute best urgent care clinics I’ve ever been in. The facility was impeccably clean, and the entire staff was compassionate, courteous, and professional! This is hands down the best urgent care in the area!

Very fast and friendly service would recommend totally again I was in and out within probably 30 minutes probably cleanest urgent care I’ve ever been to and being in the medical field. I pay attention to that stuff. I will definitely be going back because I’m accident prone so I know I hurt myself again

Went there yesterday and was greeted with a friendly smile from everybody that works there:) from whom got me checked in, the nurse and the doctor. The nurse was great and the doctor as well. I wish I remembered their names.

I will absolutely be back everyone was very professional and helpful. Also the fastest visit I have had anywhere it was wonderful. If needed again I will be back.

Was told to come on in to have my son seen it would be a follow up visit free of charge since we were in on Monday. I left work early drove the 30minutes to find out nope they want another $75. Would suggest all employees know what’s offered and what’s not.

I get extremely nervous when I have to go to the Dr, but from the time I entered the clinic Christina ask was I ok? Apparently she could see that I was very nervous, she took it apon herself to reassure me that it was going to be ok, the nurse Donna came to check my blood pressure and as she entered the room I could feel her positive energy and attitude in which I truly felt at ease nd my blood pressure was really good, then I met Dr. Zackary he followed up with the same professional attitude and calming demeanor that I received from the first 2 ladies, I want to say thank you so very much for a joyful physical thank you again.

Very good quality care from the nurses and the physician. Feeling soooo much better today. I'm greatful! Totally recommend well now Sidney ohio to anyone!

My daughter and I both had to go yesterday to urgent care! I have to say the Doctor is great. Listen to us both. Answered all of our questions. We just felt like he was really concerned about both of our conditions! Thank you so much Dr.and also to the lady up front that checked us in you were great also. Thanks you both so much. Twice I have had an implication where on a Sunday I needed care and instead of going to the ER I'm always glad I have the Sidney Now Care. Not only have they been so delightful but they are all so nice and welcoming. Treatment of the best. Thank you for always being there when I need you awesome care.

I needed an x-ray and exam of my wrist after a fall. The physicians assistant Theo Grover gave outstanding care and explanations about what the x-ray technician had read. He absolutely had a wonderful bedside manner from the registration to the follow up call and additional faxing of a referral to the orthopedic office, I could not have been more satisfied. I had a very good experience.

Best visit ever at any care center good staff got me in and out quickly and I'm healing up quickly thanks to them

Dr. Gover, Amanda and the whole team were fabulous! Can’t Thank or praise them enough for the quality care they provided my daughter after her bad bicycle accident. Very thorough, patient, and compassionate. Highly recommend

Clean and fast. Check in was seamless and the nurse practitioner went far and beyond to make me feel validated and comfortable. Greatful for the peace of mind they were able to give me. 10/10!
