Great team at wellnow, everyone is very kind and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone.
The care itself was fine. I took my child in for a strep test in April. I went in in July for something simple, I think it was a Covid test. Anyway, months later, in September I am receiving bills after bills for these visits, even though they should’ve been covered by insurance. I was told by their 800 number, after sitting on hold for ever that it was my insurance company’s issue. He then asked me to confirm insurance info and they had it correct on file for me and my son. I was told to call the insurance company. I did and they said the bills were coded incorrectly for my account and that they were not even billed for my sons account yet because it was still in process.someone on the wellnow end entered an incorrect birthdate for my son. So my Insurance company had to file a grievance and it is still not showing as paid because my sons account is pending and mine is coded incorrectly and wellnow refused to confirm information with my insurance company. This is all set to go to collections and ruin my credit score because whoever is billing and coding for WellNow can’t do their job correctly. As I mentioned, this is not once but twice that this has happened. On top of this all, i didn’t know I owed until I went back in. I was very sick last Month and they refused to see me unless I paid in full that day, which was totally embarrassing considering I don’t owe them anything. I WILL NOT be going back there which sucks because it’s so close to home. 0/10 since they’re consistently charging people who don’t owe them.
Very short wait, staff was really great. The provider listened closely to the issue, which was really helpful. I will definitely go back!
This was my 2nd visit there. Both times they were very nice, professional, timely. Very clean place. The Drs spoke To you, Not at you. Both times i was in and out within 30 minutes.

The office was run efficiently and was clean. The doctor was again efficient with a diagnosis and treatment plan. He arranged for an x ray for my son and then, gave us the news from the radiologist. The whole experience went much more smoothly than I thought it would. Nice job! Thank you
The staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Kept us informed about delay, xray needed, and how long it would take for the tech to get there. Highly recommend
