There super nice and helpful! Took my 2 year old and was in and out within 15 min. Best urgent care yet!

Made an appointment online at 6am for an 8am appointment. Put all my info in online before arriving and it was super easy! Showed up, waited about 5 min in waiting room, then maybe 2 min for nurse practitioner. She was lovely and listened. Had my prescription submitted before I walked out the door!

The lobby has a Pac-Man arcade game and slush pupppy machine. So, it’s a cool spot if you have kids.

Turned away again for showing up at 6: 35 when they close at 7. They care more about getting home than helping their patients. If you want to feel like you’re on the west side go here and get minimum care.

This urgent care was clean, easy to get to, staff was nice, & fairly quick & it's convenient. We would definitely come back to this urgent care. + they have a slushy machine coffee, tea & pacman game all free!

I suspected my daughter had strep. We went to another urgent care first because I didn't know this one existed. The wait was so long at that one that they said they probably couldn't even get us in that day. So we left and found Well Now. There was no wait at all. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were free slushies and hot tea in the waiting room, which was fantastic for my daughter with the sore throat. They got us in quickly, ran the strep test, wrote the prescription and we were out. I will definitely use this urgent care from now on.

Staff is friendly. Dr. Krofft is very personable. He listened to and examined my symptoms and had a resolution quickly. Appointment times were convenient and readily available.

They were very fast, loved the slushee especially since she had strep. I definitely appreciated that aspect of the visit. The front desk representative seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was drinking a slushee/eating candy while checking us in. It seemed a little odd and unprofessional. I noticed they put gloves on and started touching door knobs etc and then started examining her with same gloves. That isn’t sanitary. You need to change your gloves after touching laptop, door knobs and other things before examining that patient. We would definitely still return if ever needed.

I was a walk in, never been seen before here and it was less than a 10 minute wait and I was seen quickly. I have never been to such a quick urgent care and they were also caring, they provided a water in the waiting area. The MA took my blood pressure manually which I liked vs the automatic machine which isn’t always accurate. I received medications and they were called into my pharmacy and I had no issues. Best urgent care in Hilliard!

The wait wasn’t long and I liked that they had coffee, slushees, and even a game to play while you wait. Everyone was nice but my one complaint I have was the male nurse practitioner that I saw didn’t really go over the meds and the options with me very well, and then never sent my prescription in to my pharmacy so I had to call back the next day to have them send in my prescription. But the lady I talked to was very nice and informative and got my meds sent to my pharmacy right away. Overall was a good experience

Went in to have my finger looked at after getting it caught on a chain link fence. Not only was Alexis and the staff knowledgeable and professional about the situation, she was more than accommodating during the procedure.

I broke and dislocated my toe and I went to a few places before I stumbled across this gem. I was in an out very quickly with no wait time. The front desk staff was so kind and so was the doctors. This will be my urgent care for life. I wish all hospitals and doctor offices are as kind as they were to me.

I’ve taken my children here a couple of times and everyone that works there is so pleasant and kind. Of course my children love the Slush Puppies and arcade game. I love the convenience of being able to schedule appt online and that it is available on weekends when pediatrician is closed. It is clean, organized, comfortable seating, and I’ll say it again, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
