Wendy's, Canal Winchester OH

Waitedin drive thru for 45 minutes at 8: 30pm for the person at the window to interrupt us as we were trying to get our order in, making it take even longer to order a couple 4 for $4 meals. Never again will I be back to that specific store.

I had to go through the drive-thru because the indoor Lobby was not available. There was a very long line it took forever to get my order.

Worst experiences ever.everytime.literally every one.and dont call with a question they dont answer

This place used to really nice. But the young lady at the window was very rude. Not everyone should be in customer service! If I could have given zero stars, that's what it would have been. 0.

Wendy's came thru for me on a week day, late night, when everyone else was closed. Hit 4 different places.then I came across Wendy's and they blessed me that night

Staff had attitudes and nasty looks. Food was good but not worth the ghetto people having problems with me cause the way i look or dress.

2/25/20. I had surgery at OSU and was discharged around 6: 00. Like normal I felt like I was going to puke and needed to eat. We went to the drive thru and I remember but don't remember if that makes sense. But I do know there was only 4 cars in front of us and I bet we were there for a good 30 minutes. Then to add insult to injury the fries were as cold as could be. It seemed like everyone was just standing around when we got up to the food window. Like 3-4 employees just congregating. They had drinks lined up like a bar. I feel bad for the guy 5 cars back that his drink was made 20 minutes early. F-

Nothing special here.it beats going hungry, but not by much.stale buns.soggy fries.when i was a kid, this was the only place we wanted to go.now i avoid it if i can.

I have to say that the food on night shift is 10 times better than the day. I usually stop after a long day of work. The food is always fresh and the staff is polite! Thank you for being my after midnight go to!

Two employees stood out side and smoked as i pulled up to ask them if one would get my 5 dollar sandwich they didn't put in the bag. They told me i would have to wait in the drive thru line again. Hmm another 25 min wait. No thanks

Staff always pleasant, thx. Please, please quit frying regular fries and nuggets in same oil as spicy items. REALLY affects taste; ruins/wastes meals. And no use replacing - needs solved. Thx

Wendy's has gone down hill so bad, I had not eaten there in about 4 years because if it's downfall. Well after this visit I am sure I will never return, Dave would cry over what you have done

We went through the drive through, order was right and the cashier was very polite. The fries weren't hot.

I stopped by this location around 11: 00pm on a Sunday night. I was coming home from taking my husband to the ER and was starving! The line was super short, maybe 3 cars including mine. The employee was super nice! I didn’t get her name but she had super long blonde hair and it was braided back. She was so friendly at the speaker and at the window. When I went to eat one of my two chicken sandwich, it was hot and fresh! It was possibly the BEST WENDYS I’ve ever eaten! I also got baccantor fries and they were so delicious! I didn’t get my receipt to rate them on the website but I deff wanted to share my experience bc after leaving work and going to the hospital for a couple hours, this was just what I needed! Thank you Wendy’s!

Go to this Wendy’s at night around 9: 30 pm every once in a while to get frostys for my family but the last 4 or 5 times I was served all incorrect sizes and I truthfully would rather take my business to a more expensive establishment where I know my order will be right.

Staff was accommodating and patient with a whole string of special orders on a hectic Sunday afternoon.

Ordered (2) 2 for $5.00 dave singles for my family and get home only to find that they were barely cooked.
I than called into the store to speak with someone about the issue but before i could even explain the issue dave which who answered the phone said do you have a receipt i said you haven't even heard my situation said if you don't have a receipt I'm not doing anything about a remake or whatever. Disrespectful the entire time i was on the phone
Meanwhile I'm in the kitchen recooking
Burgers, because i didn't want to drive back to canal winchester to argue through a drive thru window with Mr Dave.
