Wendy's, Columbus OH

It was busy and they only messed up, but driving from the east coast and being hungry, it didn't seem to matter, also very fast considering it was busy and the line was long, although food had very fresh ingredients!

They don't pay attention to what they are doing, look out for loose lids. Also service was slow.

THEE SLOWEST FAST FOOD PLACE IN COLUMBUS OHIO PERIOD. TOOK THEM 45 TO GIVE ME MY FOOD SHOULDVE STAYED IN THE LINE AT THE DRIVE THRU

I never leave ratings but I had to for this place. Every single time I come here, my food has consistently been worse than my experience at other Wendy’s locations. Today, my Dave’s double order was served burned and inedible. I wish I took a picture before tossing it out. The wait time is always extremely long even if there are only a few cars in the drive through. They need better staff. I’m personally never eating here again.

This Livingston location need the Health department to run through and do a temp check, hair net check, cleanliness check, and cross contamination check. This place is DISGUSTING! Will call health department, food cold, fries old, not to temp at all. Plus there is residue all over the pop machine, walls, and work areas. It is NASTY, THE pop machine is gross. You need to FIRE management and re train your employees and all that long hair, put on a hair net. And no extra long talons. Get it together. I was a store manager at Kroger and Serve Food Safe Certified, health with Ecolab and Health department, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND DEEP CLEANED

I live down the street from Wendy’s on Livingston I don’t go there at all. The employees working the drive-through window are very rude and aggressive and never get your order right. You ordered chili and you have to wait 10 minutes to get it then it’s cold very terrible food. One time I went inside to place an order, young employee and an older employee almost got into a fight right behind the counter straight ghetto

My son too me to Wendy's not the usual Wendy's we go to. I wanted too bring home something for me to have for supper and something for the next day. I got a cheeseburger and some chili. The hamburger was over done, which is saying a lot since I always order well dinner. Haha. Note the chili was the best I have ever gotten at Wendy's. You could tell it was a fresh batch of chili and it was delicious.

Food is good and consistent with Wendy's everywhere but the biggest issue I have with this particular location is the speed of service. I have been in this drive through at 11: 30am, 4pm, 7pm, and even 12: 30am once.the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Unfortunately this is the only location in the area or I would take my family elsewhere. Time is money and you're not looking out for your customers by making them wait 25 minutes in a drive through!

Asked for no tomato no ketchup, got tomatoe on it with no mayo no mustard no ketchup, took it back all they did was take the tomatoe off and gave it back to me, was as dry as a popeyes biscuit

I always check my stuff before I leave but this time they made the wrong chicken sandwich. Not cool.

The girl at the drive-thru was rude. She was in her phone texting when we got to the window. They also messed up our order. We went inside and the worker dropped our fries and tried to give them to us anyway.

The lady that helped me was very fast and polite. The restaurant also was very clean and the food was fresh.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SOOOO SLOW! In line for 20 minutes now and the guy taking my order from the drive-thru talks so lowni keep having to ask what he was saying. 25 munutes and still waiting in line. Employees are very rude too. Please get new management.

The fries were good. I also ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich which wasn't all that. It was missing the tomato also. Lettuce, tomato and mayo is supposed to be in the sandwich. I probably won't return anytime soon.

Inviting place! It all starts with dirty tables and fingerprints on windows and doors. The tables are inviting with grease and soft drink spills. Coke machine is out of most syrups. Ketchup is out as well. Music is good though. At least I got my dried up overcooked chicken sandwich on time. Dave Thomas is probably turning over in his grave.

Livingston Ave. Location by 70. Is the worst. Today I waited 25 minutes for my food. Then when I got back to work the order was wrong. This location is always slow, been slow for years. Today was the last straw. Never going back.

Ordered spicy chicken meal. Got regular chicken and fries that looked like they’d been fried in the same oil for days. Ordered chili too and never got it. Didn’t realize until I already left. Incredibly poor service.

There was absolutely no line inside or outside yet I waited 15 mins in the drive thru before goinin inside to place my order.slow af

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for fries and a frosty, wasn’t even ready when I got to the window. I wanted a Vanilla Coke because they had the freestyle machines and told me they could only do coke or I could come in and get my own drink and the drive thru person treated my like I was dumb for even asking for it.

3rd time going through drive thru when the "systems are down". Its ironic how that always happens when it approaches closing time.
