18Very disappointed in the breakfast. They just put a piece of cold cheese on the sandwich not melted. Potatoes were so so.
I cannot believe that I would ever have to write this review. For almost ten years I have been coming here. This USED to be my favorite Wendy’s in Northwest Ohio. USED TO BE. Over the past six months or so the care towards food quality and most notably customer service has completely fallen off. Today was the last straw. I will drive to Bowling Green to Wendy’s on South Main (which is consistently amazing) then ever going to Perrysburg again. I understand that things are busy during dinner time and like seemingly every other establishment the work force is severely limited. This doesn’t give the woman at the drive thru reason to be rude, annoyed, and indifferent to ME placing an order. I AM CHOOSING TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT - EXCUSE ME. You have a job, THAT YOU CHOSE TO DO. No ONE IS FORCING YOU TO WORK HERE. The prices are high enough already and these days (the food is subpar here at best, chili stone cold OR ONCE AGAIN “THEY RAN OUT, ” cold beef patties, dry buns, etc etc.) I don’t know who the manager is here now but they have completely let it go. I sure hope this Wendy’s CAN GET A GRIP and turn things around. Maybe I’ll come back in 2022 and try it again. Get a new staff and improve food consistency to the standards it used to be and maybe you’ll have a chance. For now, I do NOT recommend anyone coming here. They clearly would be happier if you stayed home judging by the current attitudes of the “crew. ” Amateur hour. By the way, after my completely rude and annoyed experience upon FINALLY reaching ordering board in the pouring rain and being yelled at “WE DON’T HAVE ANY” about the chili they once again had ran out of, I told them to scratch the order and drove away. I, sure they couldn’t care less. Knowing how she sounded, probably was happy to have one less customer.
As a fellow restaurant worker, I understand how short staffing really affect everywhere right now… but for at least the past 5 times I’ve attempted to visit they’ve closed early. No problem with that BUT they never post any signage and oftentimes I’ve waited SEVERAL minutes before anyone has come over the speaker and said they were closed
Ordered a large combo meal and this is what the fries looked like when I pulled from bag. Where the fries at?
I understand that they're short staffed, but couldn't at least fill the fries? Quality of service has really taken a hit at the Perrysburg location.
Great food fast service! Beautiful engineering designs. This Wendy’s stands high among the other. Wendy’s are always great designs but this building stood out to me in a great way. The staff seemed to be meticulously selected, with their modest approach to the service they provided my family and I! Great Wendy’s location.
Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered chicken salad with NO cheese. Good thing I opened the bag, cheese all over it. Told the gal at the window and explained that cheese gives me a rash and that I ordered it without. She asked if they could just scoop it off. I told her again that it gives me a rash and no it could not be scraped off. She took it and brought a “new” salad a minute later. I checked, appeared to have no cheese and I proceeded to park. I took 2 bites and found cheese. Seriously? They just scooped it off. Intentionally causing me harm. I will never return and have told everyone I know about this.
Drove through late Sunday evening and received the best service. I have always enjoyed stopping by this location. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
I went to get some food at the restaurant they have a sign that says dining room closed we will gladly take your order in the drive thru I was on foot! As I approached the window no one came to me right away I'm not a mean guy after a short while a girl came and opened the drive thru window and I asked if I could order some food and she said no no one on foot could get food from the window I mentioned the sign and she said only in a car I thought it was insulting to be denied food I wonder if they have done this to handicapped people who are poor and can't afford a car isn't it against the law to Discriminate against them by blocking the dinning room from them
Ted was the man working when I walked in. He was so polite and carried my food to the table for me, since I'm using a cane to help me walk. He also said the dining room is open to the public again!
This is an aweful location. On a Monday, at 8pm. They had both lanes blocked off for the drive thru and all employees were out taking a smoke break at the same time. Poor management decision right there.no one was inside taking orders
1st I had to wait over 20 minutes in a line that wasn't too long. Fries did not appear to be fresh. Then I got the wrong food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a hamburger.
I used to eat there once a week, won't go back until they can keep people from cutting all the way from the back of the drive thru line
Great deals! Excellent Customer Service. Have to try the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. It's scrumptious!
I wasn't sure what to expect with the breakfast menu but I must say you've impressed. Very well seasoned and fresh. The staff was pleasant and service was fast and efficient. Well done!
My wife got the Pretzel Pub Burger, and I got the Bacon attractive, sandwiches only. Being Diabetic have to watch the carbs.but the sandwiches were great. The staff was polite and fri friendly, and the prices were reasonable for burger places. Will definitely be going back to Wendy's, and would recommend a Wendy's trip.
Went thru Drive thru got Special order they Screwed it up big time. Tried to Call them they won't answer the phone! Go Figure? Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how Wendy's has go e down hill!
Mold on the breakfast sandwich. Took the food back to show them, they "replaced" the meal. When I got home again, the order was incomplete. My wife called and asked for the corporate phone number. Justin, the manager, lied and told her that there was not a corporate number. She then asked if they have a reginal phone number, and Justin hung up on her. She was very polite - he was as rude as a person can be.
We stopped in on a road trip and the staff was great, order was big but prompt, and the cashier gave us 10% off "just because I can" she said!
