Dont ever come here. They take forever to get your order from the drive through. They say they only take cash.
Yall got all them young people in there you don't say sorry for messing up the order there was plastic in my man's food then I come back and you give me the wrong thing don't say sorry don't say thank you don't say have a good day.
When we tried to order food in the drive thru was hard to hear or understand what the lady was saying. A customer yelled at us for taking too long ordering our food. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window and was handed our food I checked it and my cheeseburger was wrong so I told her what was wrong with it and she said she would make another one. A few minutes later she brought me another one but it was still messed up so I asked a manager over. Underneath the drive-thru window was really dirty and had rotten stains and smelt really bad and let me tell you nobody wants to smell that when they're going to pick up their food. The workers were very young most of them were probably teenagers if not in their early twenties nobody was smiling nobody was friendly they were all laughing at me the manager apologized and had the sandwich remade for the third time

Wendy's located in Kettering have poor service, very slow it and does not pay attention to orders.
Was very pleased with the service! Took my order and was polite and courteous. Completed order was correct and delicious
It was great! There food is great and my niece works at the Wendy's we visit. That is the only Fast Food place that we ever get our order right. I just don't understand why most of the other Fast Food places can't ever get your order right ever. I just don't think some of the other places really care anymore! I just love wendy's for their great food and getting our order right, simply because they care about their customers!
Well don't get the name of the sandwich you want wrong. No I didn't ask for a Whopper. I asked for a Jr. Baconator and some how this turned into a debate. I finally figured out that what I should have said was "Son of. " then they were suddenly able to understand what I was asking for. I mean it's not like they have two sizes of a sandwich, one bigger one smaller, and if not asking for the regular one and prefixing it with "Jr" one might mean the smaller size of that sandwich, but hey common sense is missing a lot of people these days. Anyway there was a long line of people before and after me so when I got cold little nugget fries that looked like they had been ones pushed aside filling other orders when they were obviously busy and it took an extra 3 minutes at the window I thought it best not to eat the sandwich. I mean if they did that with the fries who knows what they did to my burger. Moral of the story don't make an ordering mistake and always be polite to those making your food.
I like the people who work there. They always very kind. And I was so happy when their dinning room opened so I could stop to use the restroom on my travels home!
Manager was rude. Replaced order but was sloppy and spilled in the bag thrown upside down. No forks.
Felt very rushed, my order was messed up, cashier's were NOT wearing masks and they were rude, acted like the order mix up was my fault. Will not being going back here.
Decent salad for the price, 1/2 size Apple Pecan Chicken (chicken could have been better, normally is)
My experience with this place has improved dramatically since the one a few years ago and will continue to go here!
The employees at this location is BY FAR THE BEST! They are not only proficient in getting the food out fast & correctly they have good attitudes, they're polite treat each other with common courtesy they also treat the customers they same way. I came in So hungry with a whole $2.00, a Wendy's gift card that I thought had 64 cents on it and embarrassingly asked where the dollar menu was and since they didn't have one the young man that was the cashier that day he was new got me a fry for the money that I had and then after his shift ended kindly bought me a huge cheeseburger that filled me fast so I am very thankful and blessed to have had the pleasure of sharing what a super job the manager trains and runs her store. Thank you
The atmosphere is great but every time we go there it takes twenty minutes or more to pay the tab. Their credit card machine is extremely poor quality for the volume they do!
