Wendy's, North Canton OH

Decent Wendy’s. I visit this location a lot. Recently the staff has been rude and slow. They used to have top tier Wendy’s customer service.

Can’t take an order, puts in it wrong.when confronted and you want what you paid for manager YELLS at you and claims you are wrong. As you point to the menu board saying that’s not how you have it listed, they claim “we don’t go by that” they literally make whatever THEY want for you. And the food is cold by the time they give it to toy. Don’t waste your money here. I will go out of my way to go eat better food with better customer service.

The staff here is always super delightful. I come here regularly for their famous lemonades and crispy fries. The girls that make my lemonade always make it perfect. They are always super nice and personable.

Went to wendy’s after a rough day and the two girls working drive thru gave me a good laugh! Thank you Alyssa and Alivia!

Salad are great! And this guy kept on spraying and cleaning the seats and walls and tables. Nice place. 5 star

Mobile ordering works well. The woman at the pickup window thought my drink was wrong and ended up giving me both. They did everything well!

My first job was at Wendy's, it is my favorite fast food, when I worked there we made everything fresh, we patted our own meat, washed our own potatoes, we had a salad bar, we did it all, those was the days, I enjoyed working at Wendy's, It is still the best fast food for me when I get fast foods every now and than.

Waited over 20 minutes to get an incorrect order that consisted of 4 cold burgers so cold the cheese wasn't even close to melted on any of them. The onions, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce were literally slathered in mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to the point that each burger was seeping out of the wrapper into my bag. Little did I know they served condiment bowls at Wendy's, it was so saturated you couldn't even pick it up. I threw it in the dogs bowl and even he refused to eat it. $11 straight into the trash. I called to inform the manager who did apologize but made the excuse that they were training a new person but they will pass the info along. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced this type of service from this Wendy's but I can promise you it will definitely be my last.

Asked for a number 4 meal for a number 6 an then my sweet tea was unsweet so asked for a sweet tea and lady claimed it was sweet tea, I took another sip of “new” sweet tea for it to still be unsweet, then she got an attitude and said if need be I’ll give you sugar, so I just left. 2nd time someone has been rude to me there in past 2 weeks

If I could give a zero I would. The manager at the Portage Rd, Canton, OH location that has red hair is absolutely the most rudest person and very unprofessional. I’ve never been talked to or yelled at the way I was tonight. This woman should not be put into a position like this. When I ordered it sounded like there was a party going on and didn’t hear nor wanted to hear my entire order. I left there to go place the rest of my order at another place. When you have an allergy to foods and their menu doesn’t specify that it has that food in it and she didn’t care wasn’t her concern and wouldn’t make it right. Would never recommend going to this Wendy’s I will go out of my way in the future

I don’t eat Wendy’s often. Some days I’m in the mood for a pretzel bun. At the moment they are the only fast food place that has it. I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last two month and each time I have the same issue. Frys are never hot I’m not sure if it’s the time of day. 6pm should be a prime time. They had a small line (4 cars) in front and behind me. I ask for lite condiments, no onions & a pretzel bun. Each of the 3 times I get a sandwich oozing mayo. I pay an extra $1 for the taste of the pretzel bun not for a mayo sandwich “gross”! I’m not sure if it’s intentional or over looked. Either way I got a sandwich 3 different times with the same issue. The order taker was pleasant, she repeated my order back to me. The guy cashing out at the back window was nice. He asked if I wanted my receipt. I know I should’ve said yes. The waiting wasn’t horrible. So overall it would have been a great visit if my food was hot and accurate. Also napkins I had to use one of the two napkins I received to wipe off the mayo.

Worse experience. This location was great until about 3 months ago. Just ordered a Dave’s double meal with a extra small fry, two chocolate frostys, and a root beer. Before we even pulled away I checked the bag, the extra fry was missing. I informed the girl at the window and she grabbed me a small fry that was about half full. When we went to eat our frostys both were as liquidity as chocolate milk and so warm I would’ve gotten sick if I ate them. The root beer was also complete syrup. Very disappointed.
