Wendy's, South Point OH

Tammy was my waiter. Always ready, knows how to fix my sandwich the way I like it. I pass 2 Wendy's because of this special service!)

Went there for breakfast yesterday at 1025am and was told they have run out of breakfast. Absolutely nothing left so maybe you should call before wasting your gas and time and make sure they haven't ran out of breakfast or lunch etc.

I attempted to order breakfast here. The older lady was kind taking my order. Then I passed her a $20 bill because my order was $17. She told me they only accept credit cards in the morning. I am an adult in my 20's and I have never heard this before. Usually its vice versa. But why didn't she tell me at the speaker? Why let me collect my money and allow a line to form behind me. I just left.
The lady flipped me the bird with her ring finger? I am not sure, maybe attempting to do offensive hand signs. Shrugged her shoulders and did a dance (which I seen her do this when I looked back at the window). I regret not getting her name. Maybe it was Karen
Overall it was an odd experience.

Hair on my burger! Took it back in the restaurant and noticed it matched one of the cooks hair! No One had on hair nets! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Manager gave me refund and asked if I wanted another burger. Um, No! Understandable these things happen sometimes, but with no one wearing a hair net, they're asking for it to happen. Will never go back!

Usually I have no problem with this location. The people are nice, the food is fresh and fast. Unfortunately that was not the case today. I placed a mobile order, the mobile app told me to go through the drive-through to get my order. Well apparently this causes confusion to the point of frustration, and I was basically yelled at, arms flailing, saying I messed up the entire drive through? That was not expected or appreciated. The another worked asked me to repeat my order, gets flustered herself and walks off before I had a chance to speak. Sorry, they lost a customer for you. I eat breakfast there every-day. Never again. Not that Wendy's will notice my absence. One star to the gentlemen that gave me my food and apologized for his staff. I'm sorry you have to deal with that sir.

This place can not get there stuff together in the am for breakfast will have to start going back to McDonald's don't have time for them to get it going what is wrong with them

Ordered a double baconator and a big bacon classic. Both sandwiches were seriously lacking in bacon. Very dissappointed.

I go here for breakfast almost everyday. I get the sec burritos. Here lately they r really small and too hot to eat and when they cool down enough to eat the shell is rubbery or hard. I love my wendys but will stop going if this continues.

Two different mess ups on one small order.
I drove back because I did not get the first thing I ordered, a crossant, only to find out I did not get my breakkfast baconator either.

Not the best breakfast I have ever picked up for my children. No clue why everything we got was cold and did not even seem fresh at all.

The chicken was not done on the sandwich but good on the salad and the green salad needs to be shredded

Slow ignored us and the pop was flat the food was good as usual just seemed as if they were waiting on somebody else to take our order

This locations food is never fresh. I eat the chicken sandwich because it’s usually fresh cooked. Every time I go to this location I’m disappointed and the food is like it’s been sitting there.
