Wendy's, Cincinnati OH

Service is poor, orders not correct, food was so sloppy, my fish sandwich was soooo hard and black which I know that they had to see that so why serve that to someone. I went back twice because we never got our drinks, than placed another order and this hard and sloppy food given. This location must do better so disappointed!

They weren't very busy and they treated my wife and me as though we were VIPs. I appreciated the exceptionally good service. Thumbs up to the Hamilton OH Wendy's!

I ordered 2 combos both the double big bacon classic. I got old fries and the burgers were a single not double. Also, was missing the bacon. I can't stand this restaurant I paid $24 for these 2 combos, so I lost that money. If I could rate this Wendy zero stars I definitely would.

Ordered online for in store pickup. I got there and the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru thinking this will be quick since there was only 2 cars in front of me, I waited for 10 minutes. Got to the cashier who told me to pull up. I waited for 20 minutes. While I waited I could see what looked like teenagers in the store running around and playing with nerf guns. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left. When they finally brought my food out there was no eye contact from the server and no apology for the wait. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will NEVER order from this Wendy's again.

By far the worst employees. I was asked to pull into a parking space and wait for my food. This was a Tuesday night after 8 so why I had to pull in a parking spot for a 4 for 4 and grilled chicken sandwich is beyond me! I waited for 20 minutes and they never brought my food out. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund and the girl had a attitude. The worst customer service ever. I will be calling corporate regarding my experience. Definitely don't waste your time or money going to this location.

Very slow with the workers goofing off. While they prioritized the drive thru. Waited 7 almost 10 mins before getting our food. While the drive through was empty. The workers were rude. The drink Machine was out of over half the flavors.

Just went through the drive and had to wait for 2 4 for $4 meals and the screwed up both of them after waiting in-line over 8mins for them 1st time playing and joking around in there, the girls told me to pull up and I had to wait over 10mins again with different size drinks I didn't realize and screwed our order up again.i hate when kids are playing around messing up orders and we wait and they mess them up again. 4th time at this location, awful.go through your whole order before you pull off here.sad

Slow service, I'll be surprised if my order is correct at this point. Been waiting for my order over 15 minutes now

My lemonade taste like water. The fries were overly salty. Nothing was fresh even though I waited for quite sometime and there was barely a line. I won’t be back to this location.

I can't believe it but Sunday afternoon I sat in the drive thru for 40 MINUTES, again, I sat in the drive thru for 40 MINUTES, and still didn't get my order, I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! And to top it off the employees are rude as hell.

There are always younger crew members and service is slow, but my orders are usually correct and food is fresh.

Un able to eat the food not because it wasn't good but because the lady at the window wearing a big gold chain had her hands in her pants touching her self right in front of the window i most say i have never seen that before while getting my food come lady what makes you think we want to see that went you given us the food

It's still better than McDonald's but sorry to say it needs to be great again like it use to be. Not to happy with the prices and how small the food is. Sometimes fries are cold
