Wendy's, Grove City OH

It was a long wait. I wasn't even greeted at the window. They just opened it and handed my bag through and shut it. My order was even right.

The people who attended me were very friendly, which is amazing since everywhere i go to eat, they're mean and unhelpful. But here they were amazing and very kind, and it made my day better. I hope all the employees there have a good rest of their day. Thank you

The restaurant was filthy. Dirtiest one I've ever saw. Tables and dining ketchup, area pure mess.

The employees need work. Waiting in the drive thru of 15 mins for three cars in front of me. No biggie but giving the wrong food, and being rude. I don’t know if there was personal stuff going, hate their job or what it would be nice to have so kindness.

They have pretty good service but it depends on whose there working and if it's a busy time. Have had to wait 20 minutes or so a couple of times

I always stop in before work around 1130pm. The staff is always friendly and considerate. The sandwiches are always neatly made and fresh when I get to work. Very well run franchise especially considering it's an hour before they close. They could have just phoned it in like the Burger King across the street. They turn off every exterior light to appear closed so they can keep people from coming by late.

Very nice one of the nicest Wendy's I have ate at in a while service was great people are friendly nice atmosphere for a fast food place

Definitely my preferred Wendy's. The staff is always so kind and provide great service. Much better than some of the other Wendy's restaurants I've been to.

I had did a mobile order late at night at another Wendy's up the street. When I went to pick it up they had closed early and I was unable to get my order. I came here let them know what happened. They were more than polite and accommodating not to mention they kept said hours on the app. Service worth a smile and genuine. I got everything needed with my prefer and did not have to ask for condiments. I'm very appreciative and blessed for these employees. Great work night shift!

My sandwich was great, but my fries were a bit cold and soggy. This is an ongoing issue I have with their fries. They get soggy too fast. Their sandwiches are great, though, and so is their service.

I got the Dave's triple and it took so long I could have ran 4 miles before it was done and then when I got my food it was super cold and disgusting

The new hot crispy fries are pretty darn good. The chicken sandwich is good if you ask for something special like no tomato or add pickles; then they make it fresh. You know it’s fast food, not a gourmet sit down experience, and it’s pretty good. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh. I got napkins without asking and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I ordered a double combo. It was all very good. The burger was the best I have had from Wendy's in quite a while. I assume the lunch rush helped that.

Very slow service and the girl at the window didn't even speak to me when she handed me our food. Was also missing our sauce for the nuggets.

I stopped in this store to use the bathroom and there was no soap or towels. I told the employees and they told me that I had to tell Tim Horton’s because I guess it’s not their problem. Seriously rude employees and I will never eat here.

They got my order right, and added lettuce and tomatoes to their 4 for 4 deal. Little light on the fries, but overall a good fast-food experience.

I hate that all their burgers now have the piece of lettuce with the core stuck to it right down the middle of your burger so all I can taste is crunchy nasty lettuce when I eat their burgers. Yes I can get it without lettuce but I enjoy lettuce on my burger. It's cheap things like that costing them customers and that's the reason Wendy's is trying to sell now or another "rebrand" because no one wants to buy them. Beyond that I love their fries and most their other food. Just hate the corners they're cutting while raising their prices. It's like you can't have it both ways.

The hamburger I ordered was very plentiful. I consider Wendy's restaurant to be the best each time I go through the drive-thru. Thank you Wendy's.

I tried to place a dine in order on 5-12-21. The Manager on duty was rude. He refused my dine in order and told me I had to use the drive thru in order to place my order.

It was very quick for as busy as they were I had a junior bacon cheese and a chili it was great the staff was very upbeat and friendly
