Great food and excellent customer service! Had to wait on fresh French fries for a few minutes and they brought the food out to my car ️ The French fries were amazingly good, haha

Went through the drive through only orders coke and they hand me a coke with no ice and a napkin what is wrong with these kids today

Two times now. Unacceptable waits. People not acknowledging customers at the counter. Very slow service. The manager of this store is the one who needs reprimanded here.

Placed a mobile order 15 min before they were closed because we were told mobile orders only. Was charged $33 just to be told they can’t take any more orders when I literally already paid for it and it went through! Was ripped off and screwed over! Lazy employees and management just trying to go home early. Manager on shift didn’t care even though I had a receipt showing I paid. Very angry and upset! I want my money back!

The food was surprisingly hot and fresh. The restaurant inside was cold and the pop machine was still broken. Management should get on those issues for future reference. The stars are for the nice employee named Amanda who was very friendly and helpful and got our drinks. She deserves a raise. There was a younger employee I believe named Neveah who seemed to be working hard making sure our food was made right. Hot and fresh. Great job. Hopefully they get the heat on and refill the soda machine

This location is a mess. You can't dine in. Drive thru line moved pretty fast but had to wait 15 minutes to get food. I watched multiple cars have to wait and several pulled off. Only ordered one meal. This happens everytime we go. I usually drive to another location but I was being lazy. This was my last time. Either I'll just go to another location or choose somewhere else to eat

Wen I pay 7 bucks for a sandwich I expect for it to be put together exactly how I ordered it. Start making food with love it will taste better

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and my sandwich had blood on it! Went back to address the issue was told it’s just tomato’s when clearly it’s not the girl that remade my food and handed it to me was wearing a bandage complete waste of time I asked for someone else to remake my sandwich and they was all over all rude

How do you mess up my order when I tell you about it you tell me to pull back around. Like no just fix it. I shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru line again because your too incompetent. Pathetic actually.

If you order Wendy’s from this location on any delivery service, your order will be missing one or multiple items. Should’ve read the numerous reviews that are similar to mine before I even ordered from this location. Shame

Very clean & inviting. Friendly service. I purchased the $5 big box.what a great deal with a drink too! I wish I had subbed the for the baked which is a very nice option even if it had been a up charge. Everything was hot, fresh and satisfying.

I don't know if it was because I had a coupon for 2 free baconators and a free large fry but when I got my order it tasted like it had been sitting for 2 days. Was very dissatisfied

Sorcerer breakfast. No one was even in front of me and got told to pull ahead and have waited 15 minutes when I’m there only costumer

If I could give this location a lower rating I would, they always get my order wrong and probably one of the slowest establishments in the city of Akron not including the terrible attitudes try to avoid this location unless you have to go my last experience was the final straw

My order was taken correct in a timely fashion and served hot and tasty and the employees were friendly! Would recommend this Wendy's

Systems are not working properly and staff are untrained - store has never been able to accept my digital gift cards. Multiple occasions where they could not process payment on my mobile order and I had to pay with card.but the mobile charge went through later. Corporate said the store would make it right - never did. Have been double charged for orders more than once. Avoid this location!

Do not go there at night. Whoever the guy in a tank top shirt with tattoos is working there is an utter lowlife. I wonder why someone like that is even working there and not in a uniform. I need my money back for their horrible service.

I ordered the number two baconator combo. I got the son of baconator and it was cold.the only thing that wasn't screwed up was my fries after sitting in the drive thru for almost a half an hour

Wanted a baked potato no potatoes. The cashier working was super rude and we found multiple hairs in our food. Disgusting.

Lobby was locked up, and I'm a truck driver, so I don't fit through the drive thru! They were so very sweet and polite and helped me. That was the best baked potato I've ever had. Thank you for being such great people! It's hard to find people who actually give a s@#! About others!
