Wendy's, Wooster OH

It took 20 minuits to get to the counter to order, and it wasn't overly busy. Customers were walking out because of the wait. There was no ice in the soda machines and no ketchup on the dining room area.

Not very happy no ice and it took 20 to waited on and get my food this was the 2nd time this happened the point don't help each other and they are very slow the line was from the counter to past the door the cashier was very slow

Bathrooms where bot clean i didnt get my combo meal that i ordered and payed for. Employees where vaping in the open would not go here ever again

Burgers are Burgers nothing really special about Wendy's I was just disappointed on how much ketchup they put on my burger it might as well been a ketchup Burger

Wish I could give this place no stars for the workers had to petty females working window wanted to start being extremely disrespectful bc they couldn’t hear me and did even say that just jumped to being very rude for no reason out of no where wouldn’t recommend going somewhere that has such low respect for there costumers so sad and so disrespectful and I called in and the manager hung up with an attitude as well so I wouldn’t eat there or work there ever.

Wendy's has forgotten what fast food is all about. Tried twice to get a single frosty at the drive through today and after waiting for an obscene length of time I left both times without ever being asked for my an order. Being short staffed is 1 thing but this beyond crazy.

If I have to eat fast food. I guess Wendy's would be my choice. At this particular location the staff is friendly and it's clean, which cannot be said for other Wooster location.

It not bad but almost 3/4 of the time they mess up my food and all I ask for is cheese and ketchup only if the got it right maybe four stars

Walked in to Mananger yelling to an employee calling them but hole food was cold and place was hot. Used to be my favorite fast food employed looked hot and sweaty.

The manager (?) was so rude! She tried to describe the menu to me as if i was dumb and couldn’t read and refused to make an accommodation to my meal. The lobby is also very dirty.

Been awhile since e I have been to Wendy's but the food quality has gone down terribly. My double hambuger was very bad for Wendy's.

Starving after work, ordered a chicken sandwich. Eating on the way home in the dark, noticed the texture and taste was nasty. Turned on the dome light and had a bloody chicken sandwich.

Extremely poor customer service. Don’t ask for ketchup at the window or you will be barked at by the ketchup police. Not that it’s an inconvenience to grab a couple packets of ketchup and throw it in the bag but you would think that it would kill the Wendy’s workers to do so! I know good workers are hard to find but this lady is so angry she has no business working in any job that requires customer service!

This is our family fav. The salad options, the yummy burgers, chicken and fries (grandkids love ️) plus the baked potatoes is just out of this world!

Super nice staff but unfortunately my sandwich was made wrong 3 times. Don’t recommend going there after 10 because usually it’s always something

There was literally 2ppl working in here last night. Must've been short staffed. They did a great job though. Got things out very timely I must say! I went through the drive thru.

The manager the day I was in there was very rude.to a customer and told them to not come back

Didn't stay because they closed their lobby at 3: 00 so we didn't order food from them
