Wendy's, Sandusky OH

I am literally puking my guts out as I write this. Do NOT eat here. Rancid food that should not be served to dogs let alone humans

Wendy's on Milan Rd in Sandusky Ohio mgr working night shift on 10/23 around 9-930 pm was VERY rude will not be going back

Went through it was not busy at all ordered a frosty at a medium fry. 90% of the medium French fry container was empty. I spent $3 on fries yes pretty ridiculous especially considering it's stittering it was not busy.

We showed up late after leaving Cedar point. I was being pessimistic and assuming since it was half hour from close we would only come out disappointed. I was absolutely wrong and couldn't have been happier about the service. We got everything served hot, fresh and most importantly, CORRECT on the order. Staff and manager should be proud of their establishment and work.

Terrible. There must have been 5 people waiting for their orders. Think i waited like 10 minutes.

I then went up and asked for a refund. Left dissappointed in the service. It looked like the left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing.

Long wait time but the food was right on point. The lady who took my order was super nice and kind. The person who gave me my food was very nice as well. My order was perfect and my fries were hot which is always a plus in my book. The driveway was a little different but easy enough to understand.

The 2 young adults working the window last night around 830 were so nice and polite. Very refreshing to see workers smiling and being positive!

Ordered through the mobile app for delivery, they only gave my driver the drinks and I never got any of my 3 meals. The store also didn't answer their phone I've filed a complaint with doordash and with Wendy's let's see if they actually do anything about it

I gave special instructions for my sandwich and they got everything right. It was fast and the staff were very friendly.

Fast food when in your in a hurry. This is for the one on 250. The place smelled like grease from the fryer. My coke tasted likecawile water. Mellow wasn't any better. Not even cold. The chicken nuggets were not even hot. The lady at the register was having problems with it. Called the managerr over to fix problem and she walked to the back door. About 15 mins she left for the day. She looked disgusting with her blue hair. My girlfriend friends fries were bareky warm.
The one on perkins ave has better food and employees. This place was horrible

Went in to order food. The lady at the counter was rude. Multiple peoples orders were wrong inside. Waited 25 mins for my food and still never got it. People who ordered after me recieved there food. When asking for my refund was given attitude by the girl at the counter acted like was a big deal.

Possibly a new employee taking orders on the inside.pretty slow. Didn't seem to realize she could continue taking orders, while others were making food, if you know what I mean.

Drive thru was busy, but went quickly. I had the spicy chicken nuggets and a chilli. Grape Fanta Zero to drink. Hot and fresh.

The food was great but check your order before you leave. And Wendy's, why do I always not get enough spoons for chili or frostys? Makes small.children ver unhappy and some adults too!

Food was not to part fries was cold. Sandwich meat been sitting there to long. I had to be at work. Was not taking the food back up there. I threw it away. And they wonder why I don't do Wendy's anymore

Just had the juiciest burger! Thanks to the whoever cooked this, that employee is a keeper! Only if my fries were just as fresh!

Food was fine but the drive through worker taking money was rude. She didn't give me a total and didn't offer a receipt. Very odd experience, she just kind of stared at us for a lot time.
