I only give the food 4 Stars bcuz they don't offer Grilled Chicken anymore. Only Fried or Fried Spicy.

Super nice employees! They acknowledge customers when entering and leaving. Smiled like they appreciate your business. Food was good. The lobby area was clean.

Placed our order on the mobile app for customized sandwiches when we entered the parking lot. By the time we drove around the store, parked and walked in it was ready! Like magic really.and it was correct!

They cancelled my order that was done on the kiosk so I never got my food and never refunded me. Never going to this Wendy's again. Horrible experience.

This location has improved its quality lately, which is nice. The one criticism I would have is that the wait times are often longer than other locations.

Place is trash they make drivers go there to pick up deliveries when their computers don't even work

Website says they are open until midnight but we arrive a little before 11 and they were closed.

I go there a lot but the last couple times at night the been sucking and giving me the wrong food I love this Wendy’s I do but it has not been it at night the night staff aren’t doing their job right but in the morning they are doing it right like the I don’t get why
So it’s not that bad

I accidentally placed an order at this location when I was 20 miles away upon showing up at the other Wendy's to get my food and realizing I tried to cancel my order and they still charged me so Wendy's is essentially stealing from their customers they will do nothing to remove the charge despite repeated attempts to contact will be the last time I visit this Wendy's and possibly any Wendy's

Very frustrated with this location, used to love getting the curbside service, they still have the parking spots for it, they just don't offer the servy anymore. Now the spots are used seemingly for employee parking. Fortunately there's a McDonald's not too far away.

Drive a semi for living I'm the beer man and was told can only take drive up window orders! I ran everyday worked my.off during covid now imagine end of the world and your a beer man hungry watching world end to yet again hear those words. Can't serve you in walk in thank you Wendy's and Taco Bell for taking care of us FROM ALL US TRUCKERS THANKS HOW CAN YOU TAKE A CARD AT DRIVE UP WINDOW AND NOT AT COUNTER. CAN'T FIX STUPID!

The people who work here, in every shift, are always nice and hard working. Fast food isn’t an easy gig, kudos to the workers here

It's a Wendy's. Generally pretty slow here, but clean and friendly. I wish they hadn't ruined their fries by changing them several months ago. I miss the fresh cut fries.

Ordered a burger with a frosty and a water. Got a chicken Sandwich that looked like it got sat on, and no straw or spoon. Great job team!

Very quick and easy to receive my food. Road over on my bike went in ordered and left within 5 minutes. Freshest Wendy’s I have had in a while! Great service Wendy’s!

Little slow on the curbside pickup. BUT, wow, the freshest food we've had at a Wendy's in quite a long time. They held true to their promise of always fresh fries, my daughter loves them! I got a bacon double stack and the burgers were perfect.

Stopped here on the way home instead of my usual location. I thought maybe the bad reviews for this location were bogus and figured I'd save myself some time. First time I've ever been to this location and they screwed up my simple order. Asked clearly for a big bacon cheddar and got a regular double cheeseburger? Pretty sure I got charged for the specialty sandwich, as well. Ordered a large fry to share with my son and they were mediocre at best. Slightly warm, mushy and over-salted. His nuggets were also only warm. I've learned my lesson. Not going back to this one again.

Nice people and the food is good, but this location could not get an order right if their lives depended on it. Check your bag. They are nice about fixing it, but it will be wrong.

This place is typical Wendy's fast food. This location is not typical Wendy's customer service. If you use the drive thru, do not pull forward until your entire meal has been checked, including inspecting the sandwich and tasting the drink. When they make a mistake, notice I didn't say if, they will make it right. It just may be an inconvenience for you if you need to drive back and explain what was wrong with the order.
