This location is so shady. During normal business hours they lock the doors to the dining room and force you to wait in an extremely long Drive-Thru line.

The Latina Girl taking the orders, I think her name is Laura. She is very friendly and extremely efficiently.

They cant do modifications, doesn’t matter how many’s times you repeat yourself. Just to top it off they tell me to drive the 20 minutes back to get my ONE SINGULAR MODIFIED ITEM remade. Absolutely bafoons

Positively wowed by this Wendy's. They did not forget anything from my order and had everything in stock. The staff even went so far as to create their own cheese fries by sprinkling shredded cheese and putting it in the microwave to melt on top the fries. I wish they would've let me in on the cheese fries recipe because then I would have been able to just order fries and take it home to more cheese options, I honestly thought I was getting the cheese fries as advertised by Wendy's with the cheese sauce. Bravo to the staff for creating their own unique recipe, it was so great that I'll just let this be my last memory of Wendy's cheese fries. What a great way to ruin someone's night and appetite all while wasting their hard earned dollars.

It's an above average Wendy's that was having troubles with their Coke machines when we were there. It wasn't their fault but it definitely hurt our experience. They're always fast and friendly.

The new chicken and mozzarella sandwich is the best they were put together this time and everything was Percy and quick service

Attitude of Front cashier was very polite, but General Mgr had No Time To Talk to Me About anything cause of running Drive Thur along with another General Mgr and the 1 was rude.

My daughter and I love this Wendy's! Everything is fresh and delicious. The fries are always perfect too!

I have stopped here twice (both drive through) and am so dissapointed with the chicken both times. I have been when it was slow and busy. I have eaten at a lot of wendys, primarily the one on Eakin, but everytime I stop here the chicken is dry, tough and just plain bad. The spicy chicken patty was as thin as a pork tenderloin and chewy. The spicy and original nuggets had batter falling off and were tough but also had a weird slimy texture to it. 2 stars because my order was accurate and came put quick both times, amd staff was friendly.

There app is a bate and switch every time we have tried to use it, it doesn't work and they tell you there isn't anything they can do. This has happen no matter which wendys here or Alabama

The people here are always amazing and so is the food, I went here for an interview yesterday and they were friendly, I also got the job!

The worst place to eat on earth. Why are the burgers never hot, but the cheese appears melted? The buns are hard and they have the nerve to charge those prices. Just throw the concept away. This is the same at every Wendy’s and when I point it out to others they agree.

The store lobby is always closed extremely early. Like today, it’s 5pm and the lobby has been closed since 4pm. They do this everyday. You guys should look into that location because I’m a doordasher and that effect’s my delivery and pick up times.

Got there at 11.30 an had to wait 10 min at the window to get food.just like they weren't ready for the lunch rush

Food was great clean restaurant restrooms clean service was great and I will go back to it

Inside locked COVID is over both doors locked on a Sunday afternoon line was long waited 20 mins line not moved at all

Always closing the lobby hours early, like right now it’s 5: 15pm and the lobby is closed. This makes the drive-thru line unnecessarily long because both regular customers and delivery drivers are in line. Hope they get it together.

Found a hair in my sandwich and not that long ago I found a hair in my salad.
PLEASE put your hair up!

Waited in line for twenty minutes and only moved 2 car lengths forward of 7 total, ended up leaving.
