Always busy lines wrapped around the building and drive through crew is slow. Especially at night time

I don’t understand how your hours say you close at 7pm but wouldn’t take a drive thru order at 630pm. The employee that walked from the dumpsters right past my truck in the drive thru land didn’t say anything about being closed or anything. Fast food workers want paid $15 a hour, why should they get that when they don’t do their job. What a joke.

Rude workers. It says they close at 7 but they promptly stop taking orders at 5: 45. They'll just turn lights off and ignore you till you leave. Not even the common courtesy of letting you know they're closed.

Closing at 5 pm really sucks when a lot of business are open till midnight and most of their employees don’t go to their lunch till 7: 30 pm

Takes forever at drive Tru an always co-defendant there frostys are melting by the time u getup there

I got home opened up nuggets this is what we got, do not go to Wendy's on interstate boulevard in austintown, when you try to tell them no one answers or responded to me

Service was good. We had a large order and they did a good job getting our order ready. You can only order from the drive up.

With all the nobody wants to wprk anymore, this location has has some crazy hours now probably because of staffing issues. However, this location when it is open in my opinion is the best of the 3 that are all within about 10 miles each other

I would really love to give this more than three stars but the food is just okay and the price is just too expensive. If they upped the quality or the freshness of the food then it would be a different story.

We had a classic chicken sandwich. It was not good. The chicken was dry and tasteless. However, we've had other sandwiches from there that were delicious.

Fast service. Menu has many items not available in my country. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich! I rank it at number 2 on my fast food spicy chicken sandwiches. I hope it comes to Canada because it's delicious!

Very busy, the drive thru line was all the way to the street because their dinning room is closed. But fast service.

I tried to eat there a week ago it was closed. Retavaiting it! Couldn't get the burger I want that week, McDonalds screwed that order to. Ha, Ha.

I love there food but I never ate at the one on Rte 46 but there slow there my date got a number 1 combo and the burger was not cooked all the way it was still pink on the inside it was to late to take it back fries were not cooked all the way cold inside the food was awful wont be going back to that one the one on mahoning is still the best to manykids that Don't no anything in to many restaurants are making them look bad to make them loose a lot of busines its a shame

Can't even read to get the order correct. They want your name for the order and the dining room is empty. Please

Actually the 3 people working on 9/10/21deserve a medal. They were basically the only place open working long hours already, yet stayed past their end of shift to get food out to very long line. Wendy's Corp
Find these three and give them decent bonuses. All very polite despite hateful behavior from some of the clients. Austinown, Ohio

This location has gotten worse.

You shouldn't have to sit in a drive thru line for 8 mins waiting for food. It's a shame I had to skip out of line due to this and abandon my breakfast given the time wasted in line.

This Wendy's closes at 11 pm, not 1 am. Don't make the same mistake I did looking online for their hours and sitting in the Drive-Thru line just to be rudely told they're closed. Save yourself some aggravation and go to the one at mahoning and raccoon.
