Wendy's, North Olmsted OH

They told me it would be a small wait because their system was down and then they just left me on read. Like Wendy, girl I'm not gonna be mad at you if you just tell me you can't get me food. I can take rejection, but were not in highschool anymore Wendy, don't just ghost me.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich.usually really good.but this time it was super thin and I can tell it's been sitting for a while.it was terrible. Wendy's use to be good.but going down. I understand lack of employee is a issue.but as long as a person waits in
drive-thur.you think the food would be a little fresh.

Their new fries are legit. I got a free spicy chicken sandwich from stupid T-mobile, which ended up being good. Just spicy enough. Fast service and hot food. Nice job folks. Go try Wendy's again. Ohio created and loved. Get some yum.

Extremely slow. Sure it is due to lack of staff. The person working the window was friendly.

Oh man Wendy's used to be so good but not now. I was disappointed in this place to eat. It seemed like not enough help, wasn't clean at all. Their food wasn't that good either. I don't know if covid has anything to do with it. But food places like Wendy's here have went down hill. Hopefully it will get back to once where they used to be.

Great place. Dining room closed due to staffing issues, but what do you expect when the federal government will pay you more to stay home and not work. Plus, no different than anywhere else right now. But, the drive through service was super fast and friendly. I was glad their drive through was at least staffed and functioning well. Looked like a clean place. Very good frosties.

Food was hot and service improved. But a horrible parking lot layout for drive thru. After three cars are stacked waiting, parking lot aggression is common since there are two directions to enter the drive thru line. Also hard to back out of parking spaces when drive thru line is lengthy.

Employees sure have enough time to stand around and talk. Including the managers. As the line wraps around the building. Go here only if you have time to waste.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. It’s the closest to my house & every single time I’ve tried to go there has been an issue - credit card machine is down, frosty machine down, my favorite recently has been because a manager didn’t show up or today’s was “closed due to no ownership” whatever that means. I don’t understand how this place is still open, I’ve never once been able to actually get food when I’ve gone. Won’t go again either

Very nice Wendy's restaurant. Not crowded. Clean inside. Love the 4 for 4 deal and the 5 dollar biggie bag. Less then 15 dollars for 3 of us. Oh and this one had cream yummy soda in the pop machine!

Wendy's is a refreshing alternative for fast food. Dave Thomas the founder was a Genius.

Typical Wendy's location. My group had several different items for lunch and ate in the restaurant. Everyone was satisfied. I had the chicken nuggets, fries and soda. Wendy's has the best nuggets of any fast food restaurant. Fries are fries to me, I really like fries but don't have any preference other than they should be fresh and these were very fresh. The Coca-Cola Freestyle is great because you can tweak your drink however you like it. I've had burgers here before and they are really good.
The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that Wendy's is s little pricier than most fast food. But for the most part worth it because the food is usually fresh.

Service was good. There pop machine only had three choices. A lot of flavors was out of stock

This Wendy's is usually pretty good. Fast service. Makes food as ordered. Plus they are open late!

Cold fries, Sticky, dirty dining room floor and staff smoking a black and mild right in front of door. Use of profanity seems normal there.
