Wendy's, Westlake OH

Unfortunately, the purveyors of the "best" spicy chicken sandwich got it wrong. The late night snack was overcooked, thin and difficult to digest. A miss on all accounts!

Is this a fundamental change or the bad luck night of being understaffed in the kitchen? Who knows. I doubt that I will go back soon. Sad.

Not the best, not the worst. Food was average as well as the service but the bathrooms were dirty as most fast food places are. Overall, an average meal at another average Wendy’s.

Went to pick up my mobile order, never received it, lady at the counter completely ignored me when I asked where my order is and when I asked to talk to the manager. They Basically stole my money

Food is cold most of the time, I used to enjoy eating here but the quality of the food has hit an all new low. If the workers spent more time on putting out quality food instead a playing around then maybe things will get better! This place is too expensive to to receive cold and scrappy food! You'd be better off just going Red Robin!

Always slow and some of the staff isn't that friendly. The building is old and needs rehabilitation.

Me and my co-workers stopped here to get food after a long day at work. It was 7: 30pm and they had the lobby shut down and the doors locked. When your sign on all the doors says the lobby closes at 9pm, I expect to be able to GO IN THE LOBBY!

They lock the dining room during peak hours which forces everyone into the drive thru. Each car takes about 10 minutes to take their order, so if you have a few cars in front of you, you’ll be waiting a while

We went to Wendy's at 29778 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145. My friend ordered the baconator. What she got was a single with literally 1/2 piece of bacon and cold ff. TWELVE DOLLARS for this garbage. Instead of making it right your drive thru employee argued the daylights out of us. Big ZERO

Kids runnin the show.rude young girl at window, frostys are always like soup.told heavy set manager last time.she said she would get the people to fix it.horrible.also says dining room open and it was closed at 6p or so which made drive thru unreal.

There was a lady there who took our order and she was amazing I didn't get her name but she looked maybe Hispanic. Amqzing time with her and she was very attentive to a father and his 3 sons. It was great to see that some people still love helping others great time and loved seeing her take such great care of all of us!

We sat at the drive through speaker for a solid 10 minutes just for them to tell us they had no strawberry frosties: (

I would not attend this Wendy’s. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only three cars ahead of ours, and after that time waited another 15 at the speaker for our order to be taken. Once we got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes for our food. The employees were a little rude and the food was below our expectations. Would’ve gone to a different Wendy’s but one of our passengers needed food before we began the drive.

Fast and friendly service. The food was not hot. The fries were cold. The nuggets were cold. The chicken sandwich was cold.
