Wendy's, Mason OH

The restaurant is completely out of control I went three times in the past 2 weeks and just to go and get us something small and the workers are very nice but the food is not fresh ever and I asked for no salt and he said they don't salt their fries and there was salt on the fries but it's better than going to Loveland and with not having all of their staff I think that is why the food isn't always fresh I hope they get more people in to work Wendy's is a great restaurant and out of all of the places McDonald's Etc Wendy's is like making food Burger wise at your house the meat is fresh the ingredients are fresh and everything is good I work there for 2 years and then again for a year and then 2 years again but I would avoid Loveland Wendy's because they are very very rude mean disrespectful kids running the place without any type of authority

Don't even waste your time here. No greeting, no professionalism, nothing. They just need to shut this location down completely.

I placed the mobile order and they refused to allow me to pick it up on foot. I am a semi truck driver and I showed them my semi in the parking lot and they still would not let me. Unbelievable

Order was wrong and didn't get my drink. Thought it was the delivery but now I know it was the restaurant. Get it together.

I came in with my niece for lunch. We were in the area for an appointment. This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Kisha. She was so kind and thorough. Our food was out within 2 minutes. It was a great experience and I wanted to give Kisha the credit she deserves. Keep up the great work! I hope your manager knows what an amazing employee you are!

They said they opened at 6: 30. Well it’s 650 and not a single light is on they don’t have the breakfast menu… There’s a reason why McDonald’s is king when it comes to breakfast. Whoever the manager of this restaurant is should be written up and possibly fired for not opening the store as advertised. It’s no skin off my nose I’ll just go to McDonald’s, I just thought I would try something new. However big surprise… Total incompetence rules for the day

Always have an excuse for why they cant take an order. Wendy's Corp.do yourselfs a favor drop it from your franchise im quite done with getting bamboozled

Resturant decided to close early. They left mobile ordering on and they had no sign or notice. Resturant had obviously been closed for hours and I drove out of my way to try and pick up my order.

They’re actually smoking cigarettes inside this restaurant! This is the nastiest Wendy’s I have ever seen. Not to mention the “ladies” working the drive thru are rude and disrespectful. Look at the pic of my food after she slung my bag at me! I know times are tough and we’re all just doing our best but you folks are doing your best to make sure everyone feels sees and knows you’re not happy at your job and hate being there. Well don’t worry I won’t be back so that’s one less person you have to cuss out or sling food at! I’m so angry right now I’m crying!

This location is usually out of something on the menu! Last night it was chicken nuggets! How can you run out of food?

Interstate Business Solutions is a newly contracted company who now has crews cleaning up litter off the highways of the greater Cincinnati area. Along with male carriers, police, ODOT workers, we often depend on local restaurants and gas stations to patron their businesses for food, drink and restroom relief. We appreciate and happily respect the opportunity to do so. Approximately 2: 15pm on Thursday July 28th, my crew were convening in the parking lot to wrap up the day. A few co-workers went into this location to use the facilities ahead of me. As I approached the door, 2 of the Wendy's staff members were locking the door and directing me to go around to the drive thru for service. My mission was 2 fold; use the facilities and also getting a 3 patty baconator burger and fries. Needless to say that didn't happen that day.
The coworkers that actually did make it in heard the manager say, "Lock the doors. They are gonna mess up the restrooms". Our company cleans up the highways all day, and the last thing we are going to Do is trash a restaurants restroom. We depend on these restraunts I reiterate.

So very disheartening to be turned away and being profiled as such

Clean restaurant with a nice staff. Order was correct and made pretty quick even though it's for a family of 7. Will visit again

One of the fastest and cleanest Wendy's I've been to! Only complaint is they were very serious about giving me "small"fries - it was about half full though I didn't bring to their attention.

My kids and I we’re leaving KI and GM manager who ever worked 6-18-2021 had a horrible attitude and she’s extremely rude! I ordered a frosty she said the machine is down. I ordered a baconator she said we’re out of cheese. I said ok well can I get some chicken nuggets made fresh to order and she said ugh as if didn’t want to do it then she lied about being the only one there! If this is who your gonna allow to represent your company I’ll never eat here again! It is totally unacceptable!

I understand that having an extremely busy day may be stressful. But that does not justify the way that the employee talked to me in the drive-thu. Did not get her name, but was an African-American lady with a short hair cut. Assuming that she was a manager since she was the only one with a striped shirt on. She was yelling through the mic for no reason at all. When I asked her what was wrong, she yelled at me ain’t nothing wrong what do you want! Like really? And when I got to the window she snatched my credit card from me and shoved the drink in my hand. Then tells another employee, that’s him there and walks away so that I cannot see her. Unacceptable and I will definitely never do business with this location again.

Wendy's has always been an iconic and fundamental national chain, a symbol of America. Today, they let an American down. On the weekend before our beloved Independance day, I was treated with disrespect by the workers, locked out of the building, overcharged, and poorly served. Only Taylor Swift and good company saved my experience of the American Dream. Eaters beware!

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I was told they were out of salt mayo and spoons for my frosty. The girl doing the drive through with red hair and glasses had a huge attitude. Threw my food at me and my drinks almost spilling them. I will never go back to that Wendy's again.
